AKHM agree their seems to be loads of additional deals that need to be thought through that are burning up both time and money. I guess the inital expectations/times were not planned properly and as always poor contingency planning. Just hoping for the best and ignoring risks and unknown....

This is why we will have another funding, with me stupidly thinking both the last 2 rounds would get us to commercialization.

QED is in a very bad position financially (or so we think) and we the share holders are still kept in silence left to guess what is going on as it gets darker day by day. We are no at the back against the wall point that has been steadily approaching for several years now as all those webs of hope were thrown over us by the board.

100% correct 46G it was diiibierately misleading and that is why there was no slide at the AGM regarding the cash poition. The amazing thing is the drilling permits for the Valkor project are still at the imminent stage. We were told the same back in August🤥317;🤥㊃7;.

We have all been in business and it seems to me the BOD constantly put forward the best case scenario. A very good example is the from the 27th Oct R&A's Based on the latest

"Company forecasts which assume the anticipated and important receipt of an aggregate of US$1.5m

from Valkor as described above, these funds are,expected to be sufficient to reach forecast commercial revenues and cover net project expenditure and fixed,costs up to the end of June 2024."

Valkor was never going to happen by Christmas complete delusional statement which meant the cash runs out Feb/Mar when this was published.

I asked the first set of questions at the AGM .....What happens if this does not happen from Valkor on time we all heard their asnswer. 🤥🤥🤥🤥9317;🤥ԍ17;

I think this was mis-leading to have this in the R&A's with quailifying the risk of it not coming in.

I then ask what expendiute will they cut sighting R&D should purhaps be slowed down until they have better visability on the future and additional fund...

I really dont envy the BOD current situation however they are their to sort this out for the SH sadly todate im not impressed.

Month after month of delays unplanned deals that need to be signed. Lets hope we keep better update on the deals and Funding this morning or sometime next week at the latest🤥317;🤥
