Huge contracts from MOD and a depressed valuation makes for a huge opportunity here. Just bought a 100,000 shares in the market to start with. Could not get in one go - had to Do in 17k and 18k unit for shares. Nice dividend of over 1.5% on Thursday and a massive rise into Xmas.

Should hit 320-340 range within a few weeks before blue sky.

What's not too like solid company.nice to dividend reinstated and more importantly guidance given not many companies doing that yet I particularly liked expectations modestly ahead considering impact of Covid

Maybe the market is realising that the companies viewed as safe havens because of big governmental defence contracts are perhaps not that secure, if Defence becomes viewed as the spending cut target ?
I have just added at 263 because , although it may have further to drop, I reckon in a few yrs time the covid period will be viewed as a blip, providing the company survives it. And I think QQ will. And there will always be war..

Hello

Someone just drew my attention to how much the QQ price has come off in recent months. I havent followed it for a few years, but it always used to be a c.15x PE company. Now its languishing around 13x, but growth still seems ok, no balance sheet problems - what are the theories around why the price has come off? Government spending being constrained by debt levels?

Doesn't feel like there's too much downside from here. Ok, it won't return 20% p.a. however as a solid mid-cap holding in a pension, it seems like a decent bet at current levels to return mid to high single digit %s.

...and as always, your entry price matters so the 13x PE entry point is interesting.

WOuld be grateful to hear the theories about why the price has come off, even if you don't believe they're valid.

Noithing wrong in QQ its just brokers not really understanding the company. Think they will change there view when half year results come outm
