Usefully , QQ have the latest broker estimates on their website, unusual but useful.

FWIW The consensus (Number of brokers not given) mean EPS is 19.1p FY21 rising to 20.3p FY22.
These numbers are broadly in the range of the last 4 yrs figures so , as you say , hopefully nothing wrong and the share price will rise back to the more optimistic levels.

Looking at it another way , it is sitting around the average of the 2019 price and above the 2018 prices, and I wish the rest of my portfolio would do that!

Well just found this on an obscure site and it seems to have been well overlooked by British Investors/traders.

QinetiQ QQ. Defensive .......... science and engineering company operating in the defense, security and aerospace markets.

Now just look at this............

Major Ben (name withheld for security reasons), a British Army pilot working with Dstl said:

'We've been following QinetiQ's progress as it prepared the system and seeing it in action, we believe this could be a game-changer for us. The ability to use a manned/unmanned with any manned helicopter in the UK fleet has huge potential. We can't wait to get our hands on the system and put it through its paces during AWE19'. if thats not a game changer I dont know what is.

Ive bought in immediately trades on a forward P/E of just over 16. A game changer in defence and Military. share price is down today which offers you a chance to get in on the cheap.......a real steal imo.

Charts not up to much now but watch this one go.

QinetiQ enters next phase of growth in the US

13 July 2020. QinetiQ announces that it has signed an agreement with the US Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA) to operate all of its US defence and security operations under a new Special Security Agreement (SSA). This agreement replaces the prior Proxy Agreement for the QinetiQ North America business and also covers all operations undertaken through the recent MTEQ acquisition (completed in December 2019).

-- In January, our Space business secured a EUR75m new contract with
the European Space Agency (ESA) to extend Europe's capabilities
in operational Earth Observation. As prime contractor, we will
lead a consortium of companies to build the ALTIUS satellite, with
final assembly at our new state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities
in Kruibeke in Belgium.
