if im a seller i wouldnt trust an agent that gets paid whatever they do. easy to get sales in bull market, but....

so you are saying that volumes will reduce even further?

if that is right, govt policy will definitely change

if prices fall, it will affect commission agents more than fixed price

-------

I see it the opposite way around, when prices fall sellers are reluctant to reduce and the market stagnates for a while.

This is where I see the weakness in the PURP pay upfront model.

the key is increased volume of sales, not price

sales volume at the moment is paltry

chancellor MIGHT do something to increase sales turnover, so labour can move more freely

that MIGHT help increase paltry level of productivity in U.K.

TRG,

Previous governments have made similar promises before, only to fail to deliver.

Should they succeed of course, in theory prices will drop as the demand/supply equation changes.

£40,115 raised of £50,000 target, 80%.

Big boys sitting on their hands until the last minute? Won't take much to push this over the line now.

3 days left.

Just under £40k now, looks like they will do it. Amounts have started to get much larger.
