Good news.

Pure gold has put out a tweet to wish us all Happy Easter.

The replies are hilarious, as you would expect.

[more proof, if needed, that PUR management don't have a clue!]

The company looks done to me now, sadly. Sad, especially when paradoxically the gold price is close to 2,000 USD an oz. Can't get them all right (:

PUR finished at C$0.155 in NA on high volume - equates to 9.4p. M Cap now in the £40m's.

If a placing is done at 5p to gain the entire C$50m as has been suggested above - that's 600m new shares - 56% dilution.

One day that is a balanced comment.
My view of Martin is that he is excellent on political analysis and outstanding on picking trends.

However short term analysis I have found him to be average,
Also like many journals he tends to have articles which cover every possible scenario on his site,

For balance when the DOW was 17,000 and everyone was calling for an inevitable crash, Armstrong was predicting 30k+

These “guru “sites all focus on fear and greed it makes a lot of money for them.
How useful the information is to the average citizen is open to discussion.

I do rate Martin Armstrong as a commentator but his commentary on the stock market in 2020 was completely wrong. When the market rebounded strongly he pointed to to the 1929
Crash saying markets rebounded strongly then but then immediately crashed by 80% so he is not infallible.

As for pure it is good that someone is prepared to respond to emails .However the Company will be judged by its delivery not by words….

Martin Armstrong- one of the greatest Financial Minds in the World.

This is the guy that developed a predicting programme (SOCRATES) so accurate that the CIA
tried to force him to hand it over,He refused ,and they tried to have Him killed in Prison, yet miraculously He survived.

THE WEST NEEDS WWIII

to cover up all the Financial problems, unpayable debts, etc
and blame it all on Russia.

Why Europe is doomed.
Real War by 2024 !!?

Why intially money could pour into the $Dollar.

Inflation due to the created "shortages"- is not curable with Interst Rate hikes !!

They have to be because the Europeans are about as incompetent as this management, Germany don't even have an army. Hope those stingers, javelins and drones keep knocking the f### out of the Russians. The Afgan's turned the tide on the Russians once the Americans started doing the same.

If Russia would have taken Kiev it would have been devastating for the West, people don't realise it yet but it has been a turning point for the continuing encroachment of authoritarian regimes. People complain about the Americans, but those same people have never lived in China:)

I say one thing, I have sent Adrian O'Brien two recent emails and he has both times, replied in under 24 hours. If anyone wants to send him an email, his address isaobrien@puregoldmining.caDirector IR & CommunicationsPart of his last reply " What I can tell you is that we are working 24/7 with all parties involved to come up with a solution that everyone is happy with and solve the interim financial requirement, while following the least dilutive path possible. The mine is operating well and we are seeing positive results from initiatives underway."For me, I'm sticking around until the end. Pointless selling now.

Ironically that release was the first honest one they have done, I no longer have a holding here but it is a shame if they aren't given a go at it, or maybe the eight zone will remain a question mark. Telling that no one has stepped in to buy...

I totally disagree.

Let us wait until there are some snippets from the new CEO and relevant team about production this quarter and whether all the tweeks put in place are fully working.

I expect that to be the case before any funding is discussed.

We shall see.

All else is useless conjecture.

I think that Atlantic posted my view a few weeks ago. Narrow vein mining is an art and needs a lot of experience to ensure that you mine the least amount of waste possible. I've posted in CHIP board and MML, who are also a narrow vein gold miner. PUR was always highly valued compared with peers and the actual success in production. The management have made that situation worse with poor PR. Until funding is secured PUR must be considered as highly likely to lose its assets to the holder of major loan.

Afraid that I just can't see them getting funding, $50m just in the next six months with no guarantees of success, There are assets there but they will go bankrupt first and then be picked up, debt, including gold derivates, is above market capitalisation. Lets face we have had concerns for months, but folks who should know better like Sprott and Anglo also got fooled by these clowns, should have done what Rob McEwen did. I avoid juniors as mining is capital intensive and startups almost always have issues, but I believed what these guys said, just completely lied, especially the sold rather than ounces produced nonsense. Lesson learnt, I hope.

Short term traders thinking they can catch a quick bottom are probably wasting their time, and losing money.

For those, like myself, looking at a battered Investment value would arguably
take another stake once funding has been agreed!

Then if in time Management prove they have things right into what will surely be
a "buy anything Gold" in the months to come, I would consider buying another load.

Assuming we eventually get to Zone 8 (16gms per tonne),and a proven revival in this Cos fortunes, then all this will be a bargain to remember.

I give it 4 more years to hopefully add enormous value from the high grades that go down- down deeper and deeper - for years to come.

Finger crossed, yet above all Gold has barely started what should be a multi-year
rise whereby, for many Gold stocks,-Investors will scream for more fundings to add more Gold etc etc.....

IMHO

Looking at financial results RNS even at $4000/oz gold, this would still be loss making.

Not sure what the directors were thinking. Should have secured a discounted placing at 20/25p when the share price was 40/50p rather than advertising the fact that they were desperate for cash to the market and doing nothing.
