Just maybe- we have seen all the 5th April Tax selling by those booking this as
a loss.

It has been a disaster, and I bit my tongue when first buying around £1 and its
then Market Cap which I silently questioned.

My stance was on a 5 year view,(still is )with the fair jawdropping resource potentials and multi year upsides once they get down to zone 8 and the 16 grams per tonne etc etc.

I watched the January video with full and honest admittance by Troy Fierro explaining how the then Management completely took their eye off the ball in terms of maintaining grades etc,and what was missed in glaring operational oversights.

A fair admission of what went wrong and the overpromises to the Market.

No doubt they will get the funding and hopefully the new team will get things right.

If so- and then they eventually get down to those truly high grades of zone 8
when we will no doubt also be in a period when the Gold price does what it is intending to do.

In a period when Newmont recently hit its 34 year high, overall sentiment has been
as bad as it could be in the whole sector ,somewhat ironic when Gold is on the verge of an eventual breakout beyond $2000.

With that sentiment it is little wonder that Pure got sold so heavily, and in fairness not suprising,as consequence to overpromising.

Fingers crossed- seriously down but hopefully not out,and this will certainly not be my first dig in with a Gold producer(in 30 years of investing in Gold stocks)that hit teething problems in start up.

We await the next Chapter. !

I was lucky, atlantic57. I bought last year in early summer (only a small punt) following the BoD's all buying, but sold when it couldn't break above the 200 day EMA. I only made a small profit. Why I bought back in early this year is a mystery, but I took a gamble. I was fortunate to escape when I did. I only sold because I wanted to buy more XTR. I also woke up to the abysmal looking chart, which is looking even far worse now after the latest bad news..

Papillon I’m pleased for you.I have been crushed twice .I guess with hindsight its was not doing well when other gold miners were. The results were well overdue .
It looks like the market makers are setting the scene for the big boys to step in and pick it up for peanuts.

Sad to see this drop, don't hold, did before and sold when the fire happened.

This drop does look like capitulation.

The chart got it right on PUR. There was a BEARISH DEATH CROSS formed (the 50 day EMA dropping below an already falling 200 day EMA) on the chart back in March 2021. The chart has stayed bearish ever since. Even back in the summer of 2021 following the BoD share purchases the share price never closed above the 200 day EMA. I must add that I got lucky when I sold my small holding in PUR not long before the recent bad news, on further funding if the company was to survive, was announced. I wanted to buy more shares in XTR so that meant selling my PUR shares. However if I'd have taken notice of the PUR chart I'd have never bought them, early this year, in the first place! Luckily I reckon I just about broke even after commission costs.

At this rate of decline the funds needed will be more than the MCAP.

Gramshaw,

You are correct about Kirkland Lake. I held shares after it delisted from London and eventually sold those shares on the TSX years later after it had risen significantly. Held and sold via HL without any problems.

Interestingly Kirkland lake followed this path early doors. UK listing, continual losses, capital raises, share price dived, basket case. I know because I lost money on it. Eventually raised enough money and became profitable then delisted (UK only), and soared back in the US before eventually being bought out. Pure have successfully followed the first part of this path. I don't believe you had to sell when it delisted, you could just swap to the foreign listing and if you had done that KL went on to rise over 10 fold.

Or if you want to take it private on the cheap, or let mates rates for friends. Don't forget he was pleased to announce.

You wouldn't announce you need funds before doing it in the market as everyone would bail first then funds would be very hard to raise. You would only do this if you had illegally shorted through another means

What plonkers announcing they need another 50 million in around a month so giving people time to leave this ship before the dilution if they can raise it?Still hoping they turn this mine around as the drill results were so impressive????

Management have not provided any/evidence that they have=got to grips with the problems.
As the share price keeps falling the rescue finding will be at lower and lower prices.

I think this was floated on the UK markets to fleece the UK investors as they knew the Canadians would see through this very quickly. This was one of the points I put to investor relations in my email last week. The Canadian investors seem like they have thrown in the towel and we're suffering the after effect here. A turnover of less then 70000 pounds in trades here and down over 10% resulting in 7m loss on market cap.

To think they were pleased to announce! It has crashed the share price by over 50%! I hate to think when they release an RNS were they don't state they are pleased to announce!

Been watching this off and on from the side-lines since Jan 2021 with morbid curiosity.

(Previous BoD did me a big favour appointing a VP Business Development - sold on the opening. Once in a blue moon I do get something right.)

Surely this will be a "keep the lights on" fund-raising - the discount will be savage and I think 12p is a given if they can do a equity raise. Since Sprott has the debt (secured on the mine) I think it's more likely he will end up with control with a couple of partners.

Good luck to those still invested, but I'd be taking @20p on Monday if it is still on offer.

What price after funding and 9 more months of "turning things around"? I will buy at 12p I like those high grades they have, but it's 9 more months or torture for thesse.
