Taking in all the money they've raised since September and whatever revenue they've generated it would be interesting to see just how much money they've gone through! I'm wondering if this mine is ever going to be economical! Does this need gold at $2500 to be viable?

p5tvr - got you on filter now dear boy, you are a nasty little man. Pathetic troll. Prices go up, prices go down, people buy and people sell. If you get all bent out of shape because someone says they bought or sold a share perhaps you should troll people on YouTube or something.

They could've said nothing, raised the cash at 30-35p, but they've forewarned the market, the cash raise will now be at 20-25p. It's almost like they deliberately trashed the price!

Maybe the new management faces are no better than the old...or even going from bad to worse. Shareholders will pay for it one way or the other. Avoid

Potentially everyone wants a bigger slice at the expense of the shareholder.

Going through latest presentation i can find no details on current production and grades strange ?

They are also going to employ consultants, why with all their newly employed experts ?

Zone 8 has 301,000 oz at 20.47 g/t Au Indicated, are they capable of mining it ?

Cash on hand down $26m in a month and a half. A lot of those options and warrants are well out of the money now. Suppose Anglo with either poney up, or they won't.

Probably management want a bigger slice of the pie at the expense of shareholders.

A few of my ramdom thoughts -

Why issue a RNS that appears to be designed to crash the sp, yet at the same time you are talking about fund raising ?
Why no production figures ?
Why investment by management a few weeks ago ?
high gold mineralization in near-term production stopes announced in January, what is going on ?

Tnt99, to answer all your questions to me, I sold last week at 42p and moved into GLR. PUR wasn't moving the way it should have been doing and reacting like I expected, so I sold, took a small loss and moved on. Hope that answers your various questions to me. Some stocks are winners, some are losers. You pay your money and take your chances, but they are all down to you and your own responsibility.

Classic case of how a gold company, during a period of very strong gold prices, may default and go under. Sprott now have this over a barrel. Let's see if Rick Rule and his "If you can't handle a 50% loss in a stock then you shouldn't invest" will still wish to fund PUR.

Nicely walked down for an even more discounted placing no doubt. No turnaround here for shareholders any time soon. Sold the few I had left first thing. Did me well as a trade but not as an investment.

Cash and Liquidity

At the date of this news release, the Company's cash balance is approximately $9 million. The Company expects it will need to seek additional financing in the next 30 days to fund operations and to service the interest on its debt. The Company is working collaboratively with its lending partner, Sprott Private Resource Lending II (Collector), LP ("Sprott"), and with its financial and legal advisors to explore a variety of potential financing solutions. If such additional financing is not received in the short term, PureGold will not be able to meet its obligations as they become due resulting in a default under its debt obligations.

The Company expects that, in total, over the next six months, it will require approximately $50 million of external financing to bring the Company to a state of sustainable positive free cash flow at the corporate level. Assuming the required capital can be secured, the Company expects to achieve sustainable positive free cash flow by the end of 2022. This external financing could take a variety of forms including debt or equity and may include proceeds from option or warrant exercises. The Company is currently evaluating several financing alternatives and will provide a further update when such information is available.
