I am not an expert in these matters but from my limited knowledge I think it is down to management incompetence failing to plan properly comes across loud and clear from the
Previous management team .

The Current management team are yet to deliver any evidence that they are going to do better.

It is not difficult to mine.

Previous Management just took their eye off the ball and were not overseeing
some obvious issues.

They have arguably now got the answers.



We are currently witnessing the deliberate total Destruction of the West`s
economies (WEF- Klass Schwab et al)).

Europe is totally self destructing,whilst the main target is the US,which is also
fast losing its Petrodollar status.


That is a grinding further destruction of all Major currencies,so the one winner is
going to be Gold for some years to come.

In a few months time I daresay "Gold anything" is going to be in the spotlight.

As I consider there will be some form of Market crash coming,it is up to each
individual to consider their own methods of having Gold exposure.

Having some of your Capital in (away from the Banks)vaulted Silver and Gold
and some spare cash for any Market Crash bargains wont do any harm.

The Psychopaths will not be able to rein in the Physical Gold price with their nonsense Paper Gold- for much longer !!!!!

Papillon it is a great pity that there are very few bb where you can discuss a stock on its merits as tend to get shouted down if you don’t follow the prevailing consensus.

In the run up to production every single poster was talking about how high the stock would fly .I also listened to Jim Sprott several times before his wife got ill and he to only salvitated on the prospects.

Now posters are saying that the geology of the mine is difficult and it was always going to be a problem to extract the gold effectively .

Harte Gold is an unfortunate comparison for the direction this one is heading.

Asset likely holds value but the vultures will only want the carcass.

Yes, there's a lot to learn here, and I follow as its on my monitor list and I have been a shareholder, thankfully not too recently. The lessons are important, but unfortunately negative - how to spot an inept and useless management team before its too late being the important one. I , as someone else on here yesterday, raised an eyebrow at the valuation here before they even mined an ounce of gold, and stupidly dipped my toe in nonetheless, back when it was a pound or so a share. Made a few bob on one foray, and lost a few bob some months later, the beginning of this slide into oblivion which the present management team will also preside over, probably. This will be a protracted mess for months to come at best, there's plenty of opportunity elsewhere to recoup losses. good luck all.

There are many things about this situation which seem odd.

The fourth quarter results were well overdue which should have alerted investors including me😩that things were not going to plan.In that period when management were aware of the problems you would have expected them to have organised the financing when they announced the problems.

The last thing you would to is to tell the market that you are struggling and need to raise money but have not got round to getting it agreed.This is Christmas come early for the market makers and insiders .

It will be fascinating to see what happens here.Finance for equity Will obliterate
Many smaller pi who may have paid up to 200p.

If the grades really are as good as claimed then surely the major backers will simply acquire the asset for peanuts .

Question in my mind now is will they still get the fundraising/ placing and at what price? Mkt cap is now at same value as they cash they need to raise. Will they still be able to raise at 12p ( as some have suggested) or will it be lower??

You have my sympathy, atlantic57.
Investing in junior gold miners is always dangerous. That's why, though I'm very bullish on junior gold miners, I have had my small flutter on GPM instead. GDXJ, an ETF investing in junior gold miners, is also worth considering.
Explorers are even more dangerous investments. By far my largest investment is in XTR. I'm very optimistic and my charts are giving off positive vibes, but one can never be 100% certain as AIM is absolutely littered with failed explorers. XTR is my way of getting exposure to copper, but there are safer, if not as exciting, ways of getting exposure to the potential of copper.
