18/10/2017 22:12 | I bet I am not really missing anything am I- fenners is the worst poster on advfn- the only filter I have on this website..... | quepassa
18/10/2017 21:32 | fenners - are you a holder of stock now? | russell250
18/10/2017 21:12 | umitw - you at least have to acknowledge that the company's own forecasts are flawed and that is for an unrelated part of the business to the part that totally screwed up the transition from agents to employees or the part that created another potential mis-selling scandal. I rode a wave with these and sold out too early (but made 200%) it seemed they would do nothing wrong, seems to be they started believing they could do nothing wrong as well. Complacency set in and ................... | fenners66
18/10/2017 18:11 | umitw, its not particularly easy to compare statements made in the management statements before the management statements are released............ The points aiminvestor raises are valid, whilst some may prefer to live in a state of denial and prefer to believe the tripe that PFG keep rolling out i think as investors its helpful to be able to assess the level of dishonesty of this particular business. | sippguru
18/10/2017 18:00 | Seems like every one is an expert after the event! | umitw
18/10/2017 17:23 | aiminvestor11 I'm sure Woodford will sleep better after your reassuring post 😩 | cellular3
18/10/2017 15:20 | I wouldn't base any advice on guidance given in statements from the company as they've got a track record of overstating performance. For example the Satsuma product: 2015 Interim Results Satsuma remains on track to break even on a monthly basis by the end of the year. 2016 Interim Results Satsuma remains on track to be at around break-even for 2016 as a whole. 2017 Interim Results Start-up losses have reduced by approximately £2m during the first half of the year and Satsuma remains on track to deliver a small profit contribution for 2017 as a whole. 2017 IMS The business is expected to report a small loss for the year as a whole. The only way to assess value in this company is on the P & L and Balance Sheet. Given receivables have shrunk by 33% in the last 3 months for Home Credit, these are going to continue to deteriorate as more cost is added to collect an ever decreasing amount of receivables. | aiminvestor11
18/10/2017 13:15 | Took glencore 5 months from initial bottom share price to begin rocketing recovery | cellular3
18/10/2017 12:21 | Russell250, you are correct it will take time to come good. | umitw
18/10/2017 12:13 | patience will reward on this stock - today`s fall is some what disappointing however its just time it cant help that with large holdings such as Invesco owns 28% Woodford 20.09 % schroders 8.16% todays rns deutsche bank 6.4% black rock 5.89% Jupiter 4.77% marathon 4.58% Goldman Sachs 2.87% so volatility unless in turbulent time will be lower - so a slow burn | russell250
