13/10/2017 07:45 | Luis. These comments relate to Satsuma not the group as a whole. Satsuma is tiny so far and currently irrelevant as far as the overall figures are concerned. Vanquish and Moneybarn make decent profits, £205.5m and £31.1m in 2016. So with guidance of -£80-120m (+£115.2m in 2016) for CCD which included Satsuma (unclear in the accounts which are not consistent throughout). So the trading profit will still be there. But I also expect some pretty hefty write downs. Overall PFG is a long way from going under. But it is so damaged that fund raising will be difficult if not impossible. So for me the credit repayment figure is important, luckily small for 2018 compared to the available cash/credit. High risk but not a basket case IMO. | grahamg8
13/10/2017 07:36 | Relief rally, then pullback! | bookbroker
13/10/2017 07:32 | Well a hell of a lot is priced in! No further profit warning ⚠️ they need more time and sure they can turn it around! But are people wanting the wow factor now or prepared to see it improved in time! Gl holders hope the big boys see it positive but it's a hard call! Me I would say all 💩 Priced in and start of recovery play! But who knows 🤔 We soon will! 🤡✌A | glenkaz
13/10/2017 07:25 | Who knows where this is opening up today | luisfrg
13/10/2017 07:24 | The business is expected to report a small loss for the year as a whole, modestly below previous guidance due to a lower inflow of potential customers from home credit following the recent disruption. However, the business is expected to generate a small profit during the second half of the year. | luisfrg |
