The recent fall was very manipulated on tiny volume, I wonder if LG is back in the market and the price was manipulated to accommodate the strike price agreed?,..GL S

rees is a capitalist to the core. this is potentially a good appointment for PVR as he will encourage investment from his ex city friends in oil and gas and is likely to tell Our shower to go take a hike if we need support from the UK

Lets hope Jacob does indeed come up with a plan for increase in O&G production , and at the same time resist the need to hammer the Oil companies with windfall taxes , if it happens then Big players may well start to get interested again around our shores .

Well PaulSavanah, watched Eamon duck and dive another interview.Ryan needs to be questioned by an engineer not by print journalists.Peak electricity is driven by peoples eating times and habits not by washing machine usage.Ryan is blatantly gambling with our energy security ,plain and simple.

JRM has picked up the business, energy and industrial strategy ministerial portfolios in the UK, I sense a resurgence of O&G short to medium term will be very high on the agenda and the direction of the UK's energy transition strategy and approach to energy security will be the polar opposite to Ireland's, unless common sense finally prevails in Ireland's government,..GL S

Not strange really. The ask and bid were dropping last few days by market makers in tandem with London price but no trades were made to update the price in Dublin until today. It therefore looks like a bigger drop on tiny volume.

The feeling I get is that most people who own shares in pvr are holding them tight and would be very unwilling to sell them at these ridiculously low prices.

Still on the subject of politics , Michael Collins was assassinated for being a pragmatist and here is ryan doing more damage to the Irish than Cromwell and yet he still gets to dance down the street!

On the subject of politics, Ireland needs to take a long hard look at itself in the mirror, we currently have a mentally inept group of ideologists, who represent circa 2% of the population, dictating major government policies and the majority, if not all of those policies are intent on the restriction of civil liberties and the destruction of the working classes, in what can be best described as a delusional aspiration, that Ireland’s contribution of 0.09 per cent of global CO2 emissions, if curbed will avert an alleged global climate change crisis, FFS it’s like a sketch from Monty Python and you sense civil disobedience will not be far away, if this situation persists and blackouts occur!,..GL S

Ryan's latest eco suggestions are just out, he says, give up the car altogether, if you need to take your granny to the shops get the wheel barrow out the shed and take her down in that, the whole street could share the barrow and make it even more efficient , close down all the data centres to save on those killer fossil fuels, the unemployed could then set up vertical farms in the empty buildings growing lot's of lovely salads,if you need to take a bath only put a bit of water in it, share it with at least three of your neighbours and the water level will rise due to displacement, body heat will then raise the water temperature to a really nice level, do your ones and twos in the garden this will fertilise the soil and give you bumper vegetable crops in a couple of weeks. As you can see here you only have to think outside the box and be really clever like me to get us through this winter with no worries.

I can assure you the public basically had no say in the matter. Brexit was due to too much immigration from outside of Europe, but no-one dared say that so the media such as BBC virtue signalled like mad, blaming the eastern Europeans and the like. However, the EU court /of human rights overturns every ruling the high court in the UK makes, so we have been across a barrel and without our own sovereignty.

All the politicians on both parties are the same pack. A total disaster. None of them do any work, civil servants collect a pay cheque for working from home and don't give a toss about anything except their own career and pension, as well as fringe issues such as BLM, trans, gender and identity politics. So afraid to face the real issues, and so fearful of minority voices, they will do anything to appease them, despite most people dismayed with everything.
