18/6/2022 10:30 | Would explain why the share price was walked down over the last few months, would expect it to start moving up now. | roadster750
18/6/2022 10:24 | Pf, it does look as if the vast majority of this fund raise was taken up by the inner circle of the largest shareholders and I now doubt any shares are going to be finding there way through to the PI community,...GL S | swizz
18/6/2022 09:29 | Yes will have funds to keep pressure on Dept to do their job and give a decision on Lease Undertaking. The Kite Lake Capital website is about as opaque as Putin's Kremlin. Let us hope it is not a front for one of them oligarchs. Falcon Oil and Gas is already lumbered with one of the wee murdering thug's "laundrymen"... | hermana3
18/6/2022 08:17 | Good sign that the fundraise completed so quickly. There appears still to be those with a lot of spare dry powder, a little hope, and an appetite for cheap shares. We could someday be very thankful to Pageant Holdings Ltd and Kite Lake Capital for keeping the dream very much alive. | contrarymary
17/6/2022 18:15 | Swizz, I contacted Davy today ( where I also have account) they said they would have to come back to me in connection with purchasing shares at the coated 1.5 pence. They did not appear to have any information on same. So I think its only for institutions only. | patfishing
17/6/2022 13:27 | The Rebel County could become one of Europe's leading oil-producing regions - if the Government gave the go-ahead for the development of the Barryroe Oil Field. Situated 50kms off the Cork coast, close to the now exhausted Kinsale Head Gas Field, the Barryroe oil and gas field is just 3kms from the existing Kinsale Head pipeline and could be one of Europe's largest untapped sources of oil and gas. However, while fresh attempts to exploit the Barryroe field are planned, the Government and Energy Minister Eamon Ryan have been accused by one Cork TD of delaying licences needed by exploration company Providence Resources to go ahead with drilling. West Cork TD Michael Collins says Minister Ryan has delayed a decision on the licenses for over six months. Earlier today, the ESRI warned that household power and heating bills could rise by as much as €70 a week over the coming months thanks to the deepening Cost of Living Crisis. And the Independent TD says the failure to press ahead with Barryroe - at a time when Ireland is facing extreme energy cost issues is "madness". Speaking in the Dail recently, Deputy Collins said: "Barryroe could be the answer to our energy crisis - it could be the answer for jobs in West Cork". As petrol and diesel prices soar past the €2.10 mark across Cork, Deputy Collins accused the Government of "offering no solutions" and failing people struggling to fill their tanks or heat their homes. However, fellow West Cork TD Christopher O'Sullivan has pointed out that the Barryroe field is on a stretch of seabed and along a coast that has also been identified as rich in possibilities for wind and wave power. | bocase

16/6/2022 20:53 | Results of the motion vote posted. The government's amendment to the motion was declared carried as expected. | contrarymary
16/6/2022 12:01 | An important point that Collins made yesterday was that he was elected by his constituents to work for the good of them and all the people of his constituency, he has to protect their livelihoods in the here and now, that's his job. The greens and all the other net zero followers see themselves on some sort of virtuous mission to save the world from some supposed threat in the future that may or may not happen, they take it upon themselves to carry out this mission at the expense of the Irish people in the here and now because in their arrogance they know what's best for the Irish people. As we know if Ireland ceased to exist today, tomorrows world CO2 levels would not even register its absence, but to listen to those td's yesterday you would think Ireland was a major player in CO2 emissions, my only hope is that the rural td's can get some sort of momentum going that wakes the people up to the reality of the situation and bring some sanity to the proceedings. | roadster750
16/6/2022 09:27 | Did the vote on yesterday's motion go ahead? I am not readily seeing the results. I would be interested to see how much of any support it had from different independent TDs around the country. Baby steps. | contrarymary
16/6/2022 04:55 | Energy poverty. Poor old Brid Smith will have to come up with some good excuses when her lower paid constituents question why she is fighting the development of Barryroe when they cannot afford to heat their homes. It's going to be a cold winter. | theshenagainagain
16/6/2022 03:55 | Not seeing anything relevant for that date. | ps200306
16/6/2022 01:13 | ps200306, have a look again at what I posted June 3rd. Might help you out. | theshenagainagain
15/6/2022 23:39 | Are we allowed to ask YOU the same question, as you posted on May 9th: "I am hearing that the licence renewal is not far away". | ps200306
15/6/2022 19:52 | Someone really needs to ask Menton where he got the notion that the lease undertaking would be issued within 90 days. Was this just a ploy to kick the can down the road and get management past the AGM or was there some substance to support such a statement? | theshenagainagain |
