06/8/2016 23:57 | Pap, and believe me it was not £200 or £300! Remember your miserable few hundred pound stake in LOGP is reliant on PVR! You know I find it hard to believe that someone who lost a £100K on 2 Co's (shares) is still trying to trade shares. Lost soul comes to mind ;-) | stockriser
06/8/2016 22:56 | And I thought it was because you recently topped up in PVR, Stockriser, at 12p. How wrong could I be? Many thanks for setting me straight! | papillon
06/8/2016 10:23 | I AM THINKING OF GETTING A PAPER CERT FOR MY HOLDINGS ,I FRAMED WATERFORD /WEDGEWOOD CERTS ,LOVELY EMBOSSED PAPER, WOULD LIKE TO HAVE PVR TO FRAME WHEN THE TIME COMES , NICE PAIR PROBABLY A COLLECTORS ITEM GIVEN TIME . | blustry123
06/8/2016 00:17 | Yes, you showed up! | stockriser
05/8/2016 23:22 | Perhaps TOR should have been on a "continually reducing salary" since the farm out process for Barryroe started in 2012, riley9. LOL. He'd be paying the company to employ him by now! LOL. If the Barryroe farm out is to be concluded anytime soon then the news hasn't leaked, going by the woeful share price performance today. Anybody any theories as to why the share price dropped by 4.3% today? There was an £11k sell, but that was more than cancelled out by a £16.35k earlier buy. Not that many trades today and apart from those two big trades most were small, though sells did outnumber buys. | papillon
05/8/2016 19:30 | pvr should be secure for a couple of years at least, what would be interesting is to see an official rns from the company saying what is planned to be done and by when but that's not going to happen. Maybe TOR should be on a continually reducing salary until f/o's are sorted, say reduced by 5% per month of no f/o ? lol | riley9
05/8/2016 14:17 | Can't argue with that Paps. | funtimejonny
05/8/2016 13:03 | You don't have to be "stuck in here", hermana3. You could always sell (no doubt crystallising a large loss). It's solely your decision to continue to hold and you might well be making the right decision. Who can tell? None of us can predict the future. I suppose there comes a point where so much of your original value has been lost that selling up seems hardly worth it. However I believe you have been topping up recently; that could work out and hence you could make a lot of money. You're taking a gamble, but it could be a good gamble. Who knows? Not me! If only I had a crystal ball! One thing I will say is that PVR looks a much better gamble than LOGP. LOGP is now just a one trick pony and if the Barryroe farm out doesn't happen fairly soon it's busted. PVR, on the other hand has a spread of interests and if the Barryroe farm out doesn't happen then it has other irons in the fire. PVR also seems to be much more financially secure than LOGP. LOGP is currently leading a very hand to mouth existence. | papillon
05/8/2016 08:24 | Unfortunately...and to our great detriment Herm! | funtimejonny
05/8/2016 06:53 | FTJ, You have a point there but stuck in here we are! | hermana3
04/8/2016 19:04 | For the last 30 years I forgot to mention above. | funtimejonny
04/8/2016 19:03 | You're damned right Jack. To hear Tony boasting that PVR and it's predecessor companies have been prospecting for oil offshore Ireland made me laugh. Either there ain't any in commercial quantities, or else they are a bunch or incompetents. Either way it's a loser for investors. The only people who benefitted are the directors and the employees. | funtimejonny
04/8/2016 18:11 | Good luck Trek, but I suspect its another lamb to the slaughter. This company seem incapable of doing any good for shareholders. Anything at all. | jack jebb
