DDZ,The lad at the end of the meeting(claimed he was a member of a well known building family) left out the obvious similarities between property development and exploration. Wasn't shy about bagging a few sambos for the missus and kids ....

Nice Director buy at Europa yesterday(he now holds an incredible 14%). Only Director at Providence who holds any sort of % is old Lex Gamble and he goes back to the Atlantic Resources days with Sir Anthony.

The only passion I seen in the room was from JOS, I thought the rest of the board LOOKED bored, I think the narrowest resolution was passed with a FOR of 278 million votes. With institutions backing them the PI's are just along for the sandwiches. It was a real eye opener for me. The guy at the end made me laugh, he asked TOR if daddy was well. And...he is apparently!

Steel,Feeling at AGM is that Druid will not be drilled without a farmin. Joe Nally of Cenkos twisted many arms in placing so must have an exit plan. He made a packet on Cove so has credibility in City but is on a no foal no fee on this placing. The likes of Exxon,BP,Petronas and CNOOC must be running the ruler over PVR but the Irving based company may wait for analysis of current 3D seismics in Porcupine Basin before pouncing.

Interesting discussions post AGM with some heads thinking farmouts will be very tricky and either a merger or a takeover more likely in the near future. 50p the mooted figure. Speculation as to how Cenkos got M&G in so big on the fundraising? Have M&G got a buyer for PVR?

I just attended the AGM, sandwiches were good. Oil still under the sea, and lots of pretty geological pictures. Jam tomorrow!!!
