PVR are the only company I know who keep these holdings RNS's as uninformative as possible by not stating the previous holding, which would make it easy to understand if the position has been increased or decreased. Obviously part of their strategy of keeping investors in the dark and feeding them bulls hit from time to time

Spanish Point in 2018 they say but subject to farmout of course. All but TOR back on previous dough after recent funding. Yes he knows more than we do on this subject...

Looks like Spanish Point has slipped out of the plan altogether and only tapping into a small pocket of the compartmentalized Barryroe. TOR stating that he will remain on reduced salary until Broe farmout might indicate that he is confident that F/O will happen soon... Who knows?

Jam,The takeup interest from instis is more important. O 'Reilly alluded to the possibility of tapping instis for additional funsing if a decision is taken to drill Drombeg in 2017. Suspect such a call is conditional on farming out Barryroe and Druid firstly...

herm, I had originally signed up for the offer plus extra - but negative exchange rate post Brexit. Meant that I cancelled and bought on the open market at 11.5 p as opposed to 13P.
I would suspect the majority of the 1 in 3 deal in euros which meant 12p offer price?
So the take up percentage of the offer is misleading as a benchmark of investor confidence.

herm - shame really there were no free warrants/options attached to placing and open offer shares. Could have had an exercise price of, say, 30p by July 2020. Pretty sure that would have boosted take up à la Noisy which are already in the money.

That by itself should be sufficient to send the share price to better places than has been for a long time.
