Quite an interesting article - here's a bit to whet the appetite:

"The company has also developed a special mop ..."

But then they say the Chairman is David Chestnut [sic] which makes me wonder about the value of the rest of the article.

It is a curious situation. The reverse takeover terms promoted the value of the new businesses, at some cost to the shareholders of FLT. So far, there seems little substance to back that valuation up. Meanwhile, most speculation continues to be about the value of the old FLT portfolio. Keronite should float soon and even though FLT's holding was not huge in % terms, it could still turn out quite valuable. The IPO price will be interesting. But PROV overall, remains opaque...

The hike in the Hardide share price since flotation should have led to a corresponding 1 to 1.5p increase in the Prov share price. But Prov remains neglected and unloved.

A bit of additional info on Ultra Motor in this month's Growth Company:

The recent 1.4 mio fundraising was a placing with "6 or 7 high net worth individuals including the Khemka family". The Kemkas are major Indian industrialists.

UMC hopes to float on AIM in early 2007. Proventec plan to float Keronite "in the New Year".

Hard to gauge the synergies here but a surf around the acquired companies web sites does imply potential....

Hi Jim, Crikey that chewin GUN remover would be great in Iraq and for the FlyingSquad etc. I hope George Bush is reading this BB. I'll be raiding the bank Monday to fund this one. That's gotta be the best invention of all time.I'd say "big seller" is the biggest understatement in the history of warfare.

Sold half my holding when FLT became PROV, my thoughts were the potential big increace in share price had gone as the exciting companies had now been absorbed in to a larger "Cleaning Co"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is how I saw it then, but have since bought some back as things seem to be progressing nicely and I have come to terms with this being a different set up. There looks to be some potentially good link ups with the two companies so who knows maby there was a master plan afterall.

Its been very quiet on here since the Hardide boys jumped ship after the name change. Funny thing is that this has been an OK recovery play thus far.
I am staying with them at the moment... although I am not sure WHY?

Tipped in Shares magazine as one of "six risky penny shares"

Sorry, can't do the link (not a subscriber). Nothing much new was said except that they have been selling some chewing gun removers and this could be a big seller

Seems that Ultra Motor are alive and well; at least, they're raising cash, and hoping to float in 2007.

I wonder whether it's still worthwhile holding PROV for the potential of this?

If you have to ask... Out of course.
Didn't understand the FLT reverse
takeover and post the Interims,
still don't. Smoke and mirrors.

But... am keeping an eye on
Keronite. Could be tempted
by Keronite post 2006 float,
at the 'right price'.

There was a mention
of PROV in today's
online FT...
