highly illiquid is good though. especially when MMs decide to ramp up the share price (like ACTA yesterday lol). it's not for daytrading by any means. and fact that CEO has foot in both PPS and Roundstone means unlikely to let them go until they see a generous return on them. i haves the faith.

problem her is although threy have an excellent product in place - 93% of the shares are owned by another co. so very highly iliquid indeed

the co. need to sell down their stake to make a better market in the shares

allenby getting paid in shares around 10th november for recent broker note then? given the bullishness in the broker note, i'm sensing allenby had good reason to issue one with the upcoming newsflow. i'm thinking PPS RNSs to come after allenby get 'paid'.

I have a very small holding from a couple of p above here. This is an extremely risky stock - witness the fire on the ship, which Allenby don't make too much of! And the company have failed to answer queries I've sent, even when addressed to specific people (and I've tried English and German). However, if a deal comes out of one of their prospective commercial relationships, I'd expect to see those options well in profit.

alright, thanks for that, as we got only a few shares in the market and most held buy the biggest investor management must be confident that 10p is fair price for directors to buy.

I assume the standard arrangement in which for a specified period they have a right to buy stock at that price even if the market price is higher. The market price of PPS has been considerably higher than 10p, though with fewer shares in issue.
