Proactis is delighted to announce its sponsorship of the Procurement Summit 2020 in Hannover, Germany. The two day event, on 23 and 24 September, will include world-class speakers, discussions with leading experts and workshops. Come and join us

The debt is still a millstone though and re-scheduling is all well and good but it needs to become a smaller proportion of the business overall. Grow the business and/or shrink the debt.

US economy and US stock markets doing well, bodes well for Proactis in US and then stimulus for UK.

I believe the TU will be a positive one with targets met for 2020 and BePayd gaining traction. Lots of things hint to a positive update but perhaps the biggest indicator of all was the resetting of banking facilities freeing up £3m capital.

Hopefully management will be clever enough to sell out if they see debt becomming a negative issue.

If we hit the expected stagfation the products should be in demand to cut overall costs and optimise processes. They dont have a big dependency on transaction volumeS.

My concern is servicing the debt if things stall. Must keep moving in the right direction to carry the debt.

Unless there is something very wrong we only have 8 working days after today in which to fit the TU into August.

If it's OK and they want attention then the Friday before Bank Holiday is no use, so that leaves 7. Mondays probably not so good so that leaves 6. Fridays in general not too good, so that leaves 5.

I don't think they are bring aggressive enough. If the strategy starts sputtering then they win and get shares cheaper. If its starting to show promise they will become aggressive. Win win for them. The damage has been done.....Unless, phd partner/merge and clear the debt or the share price rises too quick for dbay to cope with. Who will sell on the cheap if its flying?

I don't think they are in for anything other than a chance to take it private cheap or force a sale imho to somebody else.

DBAYs ‘plan’ may become evident very soon. I don’t share the view that they’re in this for the long haul.

TU coming this week, so hopefully may see some raise in the share price just before or on the day definitely. Dbay will be trying to get another 2-3% this week before the Thursday TU and share price starts to go back to where it should be around 55p at the moment, then it is just wait and see as to how things go, takeover or changes?

They still only have around 12-13%, plus others are buying on the QT. They would need other II’s to support a bid as Lombard and Potts have around 27% together and would block any sneaky bid at 75p or below? Maybe a bid with others at 95-105 could see traction if there was a US buyer and company with money to invest and take it on?

Serious money will be flowing through Proactis’ systems once BePayd is established in the US.

The floor is 35p while dbay are still in play.I think results will be steady but I think bepayd is a slower burn.I think it will be 35-50p until they can show they can deliver against 5argets with covid landscape.Mainly pre covid pre sales in this period.I had to sell circa 70ks worth today for personal reasons but still hold a decent wedge too.
