Involved with some US companies. Coupa has been mentioned on very stretched valuations. Not the case for PHD at all

Rate of growth is the question as bePayd has a market. I have no idea what trajectory.

Probably very slow for a start but that doesn't mean failure.

Exactly, quite a few different perspectives.Personally think a government department deal would be monumental and preferred.Covid is in play and affecting suppliers now. If gov won't do anything I'm sure local unitaries may.Looking forward to seeing how this plays out and as you say, its a bonus to the primary business.

Trading update due. 2018 it was a week from now. 2019 later due to fsp.I suspect the results are decent despite covid and the strategy progressing or there would be more selling from the inside.Also this partnership/merger of somekind is on the cards to address debt.

Anyone thinking bePayd will save PHD is none too clever. It's a strap-on.

It reads well, Largely backward looking (past tense) and asking for help gaining exposure going forward.

No surprise to me and supports the caveats PHD already released on paper 2+months back.

I get where you're coming from and obviously people will read into it what they want to depending on their agenda, however progress is also clearly being made;

Obviously Covid will impact decisions being made by implementation teams.
