The FY ends in a couple of weeks. Just wait and see what another set of shoddy results will do to this and the ambitions of DBAY. I will never understand why shareholder value in this business was totally destroyed to protect the positions of people as spectacularly unimpressive as Sykes and McDonnough

If management were worried wouldn't they be acting to help the price?

They must know they will be OK?
Why ok?

Either rhey know the price will exceed FSP offer or they know DBAY and just want them on the register and don't see a threat so keeping quiet?

It will be new year before they get near 30. I know they can offer at anytime. But 65p plus was already baulked at (major holders would have been briefed) with the fsp.Since then, less debt, restructured too strategically and financed with new business exceeding last year.The covid factor is an unknown but is affecting everyone. An ARR of 50mill us a nice comfort blanket with organic growth.
