14/7/2020 08:07 | With debt, still think some kind of divestment is in motion and I keep coming back to hubwoo due to the separate listing. The lack of director buying also suggests that maybe they can't due to knowledge of something coming.Just speculation in these boring times. | lewis winthorpe
14/7/2020 08:03 | Not even a speculative sniff from other investors is odd too. A few 50k natural buys at 37p will move this above 40p | lewis winthorpe
14/7/2020 07:39 | Lewis, I don't know how it works but there is something going on. Rewatched the interims. Outside of a quick mention of gearing, every time debt was mentioned I detected a speeding up to move on to the next subject. | p1nkfish
14/7/2020 07:36 | These have (Procurify) raised $31.8M and tout themselves as a Ptoactis replacement. Series B was $20M. They dont have the ARR, geographic spread, product spread, experience etc. Nor the debt though but unlikely making sny money. They bought Vender Base in 2018. No bePayd opportunity. | p1nkfish
14/7/2020 07:25 | The lack of price movement bothers me.Unless it is an agreed transfer from one ii/large holder to dbay and others.Don't believe these are natural sells either. A ring around the shareholder register perhaps.Doesn't take away the fact that this business is doing well despite covid. | lewis winthorpe
14/7/2020 01:15 | Great news thanks pink. | coldspring
13/7/2020 19:40 | P1nk - thought there was more floating around - well done | mrshaungcm
13/7/2020 19:33 | Not all DBAY. DBAY added 410,790 from 19th June - 9th July. About 1.26M changed hands over that period and 628K on 9th July alone. Others have taken the balance of about 849K. | p1nkfish
13/7/2020 18:52 | They’re cleaning up at 35p. BoD must be aware and have a hostile bid counter strategy in place. | cureboy
13/7/2020 18:14 | Someone else is buying as they only took about 480K approx since last RNS. Is that right? Will look later. | p1nkfish
13/7/2020 17:33 | Under the radar out of hours rns too | lewis winthorpe
13/7/2020 17:06 | 11.41% now DBAY just keep buying | coldspring
13/7/2020 15:21 | Would be good to see some new name or 2 at 3%+. | p1nkfish
13/7/2020 15:16 | At least its a start - see Forrester and Port of Amsterdam news. More needed. Turn this ship and point up. | p1nkfish
13/7/2020 11:42 | such a volume surge needs positive news. | p1nkfish
13/7/2020 11:40 | Could be here for quite a while longer then any break be relatively strong either way. Probably up but no guarantees. It would have to be a strong break if upwards to puncture 40p & 60p ceilings. | p1nkfish
13/7/2020 10:51 | Now been in this channel for 3 months. | p1nkfish
13/7/2020 08:25 | It was a sham. It would never have achieved an acceptable price but without the FSP it could have been bought even lower. It was to slow the descent & buy time. | p1nkfish
13/7/2020 08:19 | Lol, good stabilisation. It dropped to 15p afterwards. Covid effect timing wasn't great though. | lewis winthorpe
13/7/2020 08:14 | FSP was to protect the company as all parties and 1% ers had to announce. Its a great way to gain some control when the share price is hammered and can stabilise the situation. It was a sham from day 1 I.ho. | p1nkfish
13/7/2020 07:47 | Puzzled by the fsp then if they can bid at anytime. What is the point? If they did kick 65p into touch, why not formerly bid that outside of the fsp?Makes no sense.Personally think its being held here for something. Directors last bought at this price too.Could be a positive advising the board. Win win for them either way. However you would think that other iis would have the same view.Next TU is key, however I did hear that they pulled in nearer 2mill in May and not the 500k I thought. But that is just pub chatter and not been for a good while.Lou. | lewis winthorpe
13/7/2020 00:05 | DBAY could gobble up a fair few more if the next TU encourages selling. That was my point in trying to see if there was weakness in April/May run-rate vs pre-covid. If some disappointment is expected, 1) It accounts for some selling at 35p, others not willing to wait, 2) Good news is it could already be in the price and price not likely to fall much, might even rise if not as bad as expected. Guesswork. | p1nkfish
13/7/2020 00:00 | They are tactical Lewis. Might just be they are talking to management and don't intend to bid but if they do bid they needn't have the 30%. They can bid anytime. Its up to management to show a better return is possible independently than under the ownership of DBAY for under £1 now. Otherwise enough might be happy to take the money and run. So far 10% seem happy to take about 35p. | p1nkfish
12/7/2020 22:19 | I also reckon the last bid was 65p. Hence the jump to that price.Outrageous then, the co is in a much better state now. If Dbay were serious they would buy aggressively up to the bid price. | lewis winthorpe |
