Do not be fooled into selling by P1nk or anyone else, give this more time. Why? FY20 guidance is maintained despite covid (as already stated by the board) so full year results will be positive, better than FY2019. New business levels are at a record high, aswell as ARR, this is VERY important. HSBC have given them full backing which has resulted in £3m more capital - VERY important. We also have the added bonus of a new revenue stream in BePayd. Don’t be tricked into selling right now. There are not many sells around for good reason - business is good and the new go to market strategy is yielding results.

P1nk is firmly on the fence. Also may have an agenda as keeps telling people to sell.

You wavering there Pink, sorry Tim? I thought you had faith in the BoD, Tim and Lombard to keep the boat steady and see this rise? The golden opportunity window for BePayd and partnership with HSBC is between May -Nov this year!! Fact! If they miss it, then one of two things:
1. BePayd will be copied and used by competitors.
2. Dbay will force a FSP or a collaboration buyout and new BoD and strategy!
Factoid!!!

Proof is needed before proper trust returns. Proof they won't screw up again no matter how good the picture looks. Picture looked really good before then they dropped the ball, need proof they wont do it again.

Unpredictable performance is costly.

Agreed but anyone trying to predict timing is wasting their own time. Forget it and just wait. Could be this week, could be another 4-5 months, could be longer then explode. No one knows.

They are still in the dog house after they messed-up. Market has memory.

Debt reduction, ARR growth, BePayd commercialisation, record new business levels, dividend reinstatement = rerate. Gotta be soon.

The weather :-) Hot week. Did anyone else notice the mass update of the BePayd trello board today. Hot on the heals of HSBC article.Like a coiled spring

So the 5 million shares so called sold last week by Invesco and purchased by Dbay and other big II’s doesn’t mean anything then you having a laugh?????. Plus HSBC news on BePayd, so if Lombard and ex CEO holdings can keep this away from a sneaky takeover bid or FSP I don’t know what will? Not ramping but facts!! This has to start rising or someone will take it out, it does not have years grace like Pink would have us all believe (Tim S in disguise?). This has to prove itself or DBay and others will make it move!! And FSP or buyout will happen like it or not either at 85p or 140 if we get this share price UP!!!

Reread the below and it comes across as a sales pitch for bePayd and Proactis.

Outside of HSBC getting their loan serviced you have to ask what in it for one of the WORLDS LARGEST BANKS to be associated with it? Even Proactis debt to HSBC is insignificant to HSBC so there has to be more in it for HSBC than just that.

I think something big awaits. Anyone selling at 80p or £1.10 is a thicko imho. Ignore them. They are wrong. Dyor, take care.

Anyone know why the share price did not move from 35p for a few weeks despite millions of shares being traded then ticked up 2.5p on just a handful of trades late last week? Presumably if anyone starts buying in quantity again it should shoot up fairly rapidly now?

Pink, why do you say 2 years? In SaaS and BePayd will be obsolete /copied and overtook by then by Sage, COPA or others. This needs to be communicated, free trial 3 months, then 6-9 months period big push and roll out across its 2,000 client base and a market front runner and toolset, that is being talked about in the high street and boardroom of every small, medium and large supplier/organisation. I believe in the product, BePayd and Perfect and the Proactis team, but not the BoD, too laid back!!

Forget it.
Won't happen.

Engage thinking cap as to why, there are multiple reasons why not, some are not obvious but big blockers (I dont mean Lombard & Potts).

If this is sold it will be at much more than 80p and probably via another FSP not hostile. Dyor, imho, etc.

If DBAY afford them the time. A whiff of an 80p+ bid could be ruthlessly pursued.

It looks like a bePayd approach to CFO's more than SME's.
What does that mean?

SME approach is pull-through. Not too easy.

CFO approach is push-through, service becomes a source of profit at no cost & CFO/Finance function become part of bePayd sales team encouraging smaller suppliers to use the service available. Pushing it out to supplier base.

Suggests to me they have completed phase 1 successfully (de-risked) so now OK to go wider and deeper at the corporate level. Start to build momentum, slowly to begin with, but once rolling growth will kick-in and likely to accelerate.

Can't guess the timescales, give it 2 years to be really rocking and share price much higher imho.

An important one, see Gary Simon's linked-in profile and description.
