In addition, there was an RNS last month, do they have to update every week? To appease the twitchy PI?The more held by iis the less fluctuation.

No one is forcing pis to sell, the volume is miniscule and DBay are happy just to soak up.Not very hostile imho.

With ii’s who had higher averages now out, it’s making it all too easy for DBAY. I hope management have the ammunition to counter any low ball offer.

Management always have something to promote. Always.

Hard for management to increase interest in a share when they've got nothing to say

If hostile then it's the weirdest thing for management not to try to increase the interest in the share to get the price up.

Looks like they are sitting ducks.

More rounded trades just above the bid price which has now been going on for weeks/months. DBAY buying more? If yes, this is looking increasing like hostile activity.

We might have a handful of trades by the time Peter returns from his holiday.

Yes 55.5 million with II’s.
40 million split across PI’s:
Yes 10 million of those are with Rodney Potts, plus 25 million with a few PI’s
holding 1-3%. With maybe5 million floating and where the final tree shake will come. It is then up to Dbay to collaborate with Gresham, GAM and Chekverton.
Interesting 2-3 months ahead. Plus you will be glad to know you won’t hear from me for 3-4 weeks as of to France, on holly bobs!

I guess 97p is talking about something after the date he said he would sell in October?

Doh!

Chart is looking interesting too. Poised for uptick imho. Not talking breakout but recent trend is up from lows with a lot of support at 36p.

Peter,You have already stated many times that you are not waiting that long? Make your mind up.There are also 40-50mill shares held by PIs. That is significant and is part if the reason for the quick buck swings in the share price.Lou.

As you said Pink, the majority of shares are held by Lombard, Rodney Potts and other II’s.
The few held by PI’s are insignificant to any decisions, bids, FSP’s etc like you quotes on more than one occasion.
Let’s just settle and wait for the TU, then see what the next 3-6 months brings globally with the economy and pandemic. Then in January 2021 make some statements and forecasts?

The register looks a lot better now. Still you many in PI hands though.

Lewis, it's worrying that some people gave the pronouncements of 97p any credence during the FSP process. A good clue as to the poor make up of the shareholder register.

Lewis, see share premium account cancellation Feb this year approved at AGM and through the courts. This act directly influences their ability to reinstate dividend. Obviously not this FY but FY21, announcement could be within a few months.

For DBay to buy another 19% in the market, it is going to be outside on your short term view. You will be selling to them at 50p max.Time for another scotch

So you want them to pay £1 million in dividends with debts if 30milion.What planet are you on? All profit needs to be reinvested and used to bring the drbt down.Next announcement will be addressing the debt further. Are you just a gambler Peter? Stick it all on red.

Can’t wait for Dbay to buy enough shares29.9% to put a bid in at 90p and takeover this drivel of a BoD and CEO and turnaround a good business with potential being peddled along in 2nd gear with a team set in its ways! ROLL ON Dbay bid!

Unfiltered you and confirmed what I thought. You know nothing.
They can't reinstate the divi.
Use half a brain cell and discover why.
Back on filter.

They could start by buying £10k each in shares as a gesture of f confidence and set a divi of 1p and announce that next week, to be paid on 1 October?

BoD have different weapons at their disposal now to raise the share price above a rubbish 80p hostile bid, may be forced to finally use them. They were confident remaining independent - prove it.

PI’s just need to dig in here while DBAY and MM’s play games to accumulate as cheaply as possibly, we could be here for weeks or until news lands and don’t be surprised if there’s a few attempts to tree shake, though I can’t see it dropping much below DBAYS average which is around 35/36p I’d imagine. They will probably want more stock before the TU, which should be fairly positive with FY20 guidance already confirmed as maintained despite Covid. CEO said so in April. Since then they’ve won more contracts and negotiated better terms with HSBC. They could even release news on a dividend reinstatement which would really light the torch paper - little bits of evidence here and there recently on this.
