12/6/2020 23:51 | Lewis, I am most definitely neither an insider of any type nor Proactis employee nor ever have been. I am an investor and do my best to see things as they are, the backdrop, trends, and undertake research. Proactis will come very good, in time. Hopefully by then some of the numbties here will have gone. As for that Peter person, wrong every single time. Must make a living betting against himself. Wishful thinking is dangerous and hope is not a strategy. Good luck. | p1nkfish
12/6/2020 23:19 | Remind me again why this is such an exciting investment opportunity....is it the potential of Bepayd :-) | whatthe
12/6/2020 22:47 | Agreed Whatthe, pink come out! If this is going places then state it!!! It should be and if not step aside you and Lombard and let it become the new SAP. And better!!! | 97peter
12/6/2020 22:42 | That's right Tim. Gently set us up for yet another period of nothing. Gently kick the Bepayd ball down the road yet again. Maybe you can continue milking money from the occasional mug on here | whatthe
12/6/2020 22:22 | Talk to Coupa, get the picture, stop living in fantasy land. High probability this will be in range for quite a while - even months - slow bepayd uptake. | p1nkfish
12/6/2020 21:24 | Pink come out from the shadows as Tim Sykes and tell us straight what your intentions are or F Off. Simples!!!! This needs to be at 65p or a takeover is imminent get with it or move on and sell your shares and let innovation and progress happen!!! | 97peter
12/6/2020 21:17 | They won't look to buy PHD. Long story, won't happen, no need. | p1nkfish
12/6/2020 21:11 | Worth remembering that back in the day Proactis was regarded more highly than Coupa by Gartner report. The cavalcade of shoddy management has lead us here where the Coupa market cap is $14bn and rising....and Proactis...next year Roddy when BPAYD kicks in | whatthe
12/6/2020 20:50 | Would be nice for COUPA to come in with a 120p bid and takeover, re-structure and take this to 230-350p territory with proper BOD and strategy this will fly!! Massively.!!! | 97peter
12/6/2020 19:13 | Coupa raising $1.1 billion, one of the reasons cited is for potential acquisitions. What price on Proactis? | cureboy
12/6/2020 17:14 | Another £30k traded at 35p after hours. | cureboy
12/6/2020 16:08 | No idea but given the shenanigans around March 2019 and this year something strange going on. Have suspicions but no way to tell. RNS should have already landed for 3+ holders but it hasn't. | p1nkfish
12/6/2020 16:04 | Anyone have a handle on material value of the state of Missouri and Connecticut Perfect commerce contracts? It feels like it’s really taking off for them in the US market. | cureboy
12/6/2020 15:35 | Who do you think is taking the stock P1nk? As far as I see it now, the ii’s have jostled into positions whereby they average something in the range of 29-30p (Lombard) to 35-36p (DBAY and others). This was not the case 6 months ago when you had Artemis and L&G averaging much higher. This increases the chance of a low ball bid being accepted IMO. News on bePayd uptake would break through the 40p barrier and potentially take it higher – good article on their twitter feed today written by an independent on it’s potential. An extra revenue stream surely adds a lot of value and it feels like we’re seeing the Perfect Commerce acquisition starting to show results. A lot of benefit to be gained by staying independent if they’re afforded the time. | cureboy
12/6/2020 14:45 | Some money has been moving out. Someone else taking the sales. I still expect range bound for a while. Look at previous range bound durations. Catalysts known for PHD so probably already in price. Need something new to spur new interest. | p1nkfish
12/6/2020 13:47 | Mm’s hoping boredom sets in and they can pick up some more shares on the cheap. Be interesting to see where this 35p action leads as the longer it goes on the more I’m thinking a hostile takeover could be on the cards. | cureboy
11/6/2020 13:48 | Very unusual trade activity at 35p going on for a couple of weeks now. | cureboy
11/6/2020 13:25 | I think there is a lot if existing product ovetlap across UK and US. | lewis winthorpe
11/6/2020 13:24 | I just looked on WikipediaThe Business Network: Hubwoo offers end-to-end catalog and spend management solutions | lewis winthorpe
11/6/2020 12:32 | Is there much in Hubwoo outside of the TBN? I'm asking as I don't have a clue on that side. The annual PHD report doesn't mention anything freehold but cant check Hubwoo. I thought Hubwoo was pretty asset light outside of intangibles - I cant prove that. | p1nkfish |
