Why would I look at it other than a good investment, plus calling me a spin when you don’t know me, so wide of the mark, senseless even?
Grow up Pink (Tim) and just run the business and be more pro-active in news and sales!!
Then we would’ve need a BB rant and the share price would reflect the company you and the BoD.

BePayd is ultra low margin for sure but once scaled up successfully should be another nice revenue stream. Give it time that one, worldwide deployment needed. It will happen.

Looking at it as the business owner rather than as a speculative spiv changes everything.

Hint Peter. Find out an "average" number for a bePayd discount. "Seek and thou shalt find". Its out there.

Then take off what would be considered costs and possible refund to buyer.

Then apply to a very small % of the possible £10Bn understanding some wont be there for the full 12 months or at all if they miss the target of 50 buyers.

It's a low number as profit in 1yr and others wanting to make more money as competitors will need much lower costs (hard) or higher discount rate (riskier suppliers or suppliers just won't sign-up) and much bigger network (not easy).

Give it 2 years. Year 2 onwards can rock.

Last from me.

2-3z of spend / cash flow would be ideal for the risk, set up and being the middleman/broker? That would a good underlying % generator of cash flow for PHD and pay down debt and re-start the divi. If they announce this I will stay long game and appose any short term buyout with a Lombard and Rodney and not sell to a FSP or Dbay consortium bid and buyout.
WHAT FIGURES DO YOU RECKON Tim?

97peter

So let's ask - what revenue figure do people expect for bePayd by end of year 1 if they sign 50 customers at total £10Bn spend?

Remember not all 50 will be on for a full 12 months, some possible for only a fraction of it. Only a fraction of the £10Bn will ever ho through bePayd.

I have a number as a finger in the air but what does 97p think?

Billions or much, much lower?

Remember if the market expects too much and PHD just do as they say then there could be a sell-off. Setting expectations is important. What do you expect?

Figures?

You haven’t gotta sell it to us P1nk. As pi’s we are insignificant. If a hostile happens it happens, if they try and do it independently then fair play if they can and are afforded time.

I dont expect 97p and others "to get it" as these realistic posts don't line up with their imaginary outcome.

Let's see who is ultimately correct.

Hopefully DBAY will be along for the ride for the next 2 years and not take this from under our noses.

Pink (Tim) - Nobody on here even Lombard, Rodney Potts, or other PI’s are going to wait to end of 2022 to see return on investment! FACT! They want to see it steadily rise by year end 2020 to 55-60p, then in 2021 see a 1.2p divi in July 2021, all announced and broadcast as part of a 2 year plan and in a TU this August, not on page 12 os some previous made up rhetoric! Get real!

The efficiency of 150 buyers on the network becoming 1000 is substantial. Possibly more positive yo bottom line for PHD than bePayd in year 1.

Lewis, agreed, big opps in USA now.

Read the recent presentation and the mention of the network being expanded - page 12.

Volume effect of shifting 150 networked buyers to 1,000.

bePayd objective for fy2021 - 50 buyers committed, >£10bn of spend.

That's it for year 1. NOT RULE THE WORLD - realistic. Of the £10Bn spend only a very small amount is SME supplier, let's say 3-5%? They mention NO REVENUE TARGET only NUMBER OF BUYERS & TOTAL SPEND, NOT bePayd SPEND.

Do the maths 97p.

2 years, £2.10, most share price growth towards end of year 2 imho.

97p, you just dont get it.

There are already solutions out there to do this but not in an eco-system Proactis have been piecing together - that's what takes the time and money and where the efficiency is to be able to credit the buyer on their cash reserves.

The ability is commodity. The overall approach makes it unique.

£2.10.

Lewis, a couple of holders here are probably young and not had much exposure to the complexities of sustainable and resilient businesses.

PHD network can be very lucrative and PHD can simply say they only support bePayd for their buyer network and their suppliers, their own eco-system wherever EVERYONE involved benefits. That's a decent target by most peoples standard.

If someone else would want to be involved then perhaps PHD could get some £ for the privelige - not sure about that - depending on the usage of the network or they do it in parallel? Parallel = more friction for buyer and seller.

Lewis surprised, this has been ticking along for 2-3 years now! In this SaaS market and service products like BePayd you either get in and take a good 60% market share or lose to bigger competitors who either buy you it or copy your service quickly and push you out! I work in Cyber consulting so come across this quite a lot. Onwards and upwards with a DBay buyout, they can have my 1% for 90p!, FACT!!!

A lot of people on here that bought too high or held too long.I would also say, looking at accounts that the salaries are not that great. These guys have shares and options in some cases a lot higher than this.I have to agree with Pink, sell cheaply to DBay and move on.As for news, my view is its bubbling along nicely despite tricky trading conditions

Pink, smell the fresh air and get some time in reality. Like cure and whathe say, either good news, the Directors and Tim buying at least 20,000 shares each across the 10 of them and boosting buys and sp, integrity and forward thinking! 2 years is unrealistic, DYOR Pink, Other competitors with other bank partners will replicate BePayd by then. If Proactis and perfect in the US with their’s and HSBC’s list of clients cannot sell BePayd and the other SaaS to businesses to drive cash flow and efficiencies in this current climate and the next 3-6 months and take this to where it should be by now at 65-75p today, then Dbay deserve to buy it cheap, move it on and push this BoD and Tim into the Thames and start again. Having a service and product, just needs good salesmen, technicians to implement it for al its clients and bang! This is PHD on the big stage with HSBC and at £2 within 6 months, simples!!! Pink or Tim get a grip of this how ash of a team so far??
