16/6/2020 14:18 | All sorts, stakebuilding, debt reduction through divestment, BePayd early adoptor, performing a lot better against expectations. No FSP for a change so most likely that lol.Lou. | lewis winthorpe
16/6/2020 14:06 | What rumours Lou? | p1nkfish
16/6/2020 13:46 | Lots of smoke, waiting for the fire!Rumours, rumours, rumours. One of them must be right.Lou. | lewis winthorpe
16/6/2020 13:32 | Slightest whiff of buying and we are starting to move up already. I do hope the games are over. Must be a RNS to come around holdings | coldspring
16/6/2020 12:57 | Don’t believe the trades could be buys. Sells would surely have dragged it down lower. | cureboy
16/6/2020 12:43 | On LSE just seen 5 million shares sold, is this a II investor sold out? If we get the buyers to suck this up at 37p and above we might see this over 40p this week. Then the TU and news on BePayd and last 3 months on an RNS to see where this goes? | 97peter
16/6/2020 11:43 | Can this finally start to move freely now? | coldspring
16/6/2020 11:40 | That was a buy moping up all the sells | kirk 6
16/6/2020 11:29 | Certainly feels like something is afoot. | cureboy
16/6/2020 11:18 | Could be a buy for all those sells at 35p the last few weeks. Expect an RNS | cureboy
16/6/2020 11:14 | I wonder who just dumped 5.1m shares just now and who bought them. | daburd
16/6/2020 07:48 | The board need to be given abit more time as they’re delivering on the strategy, however in that time they need to at least double the current mcap. | cureboy
15/6/2020 23:05 | But be got them this far? | p1nkfish
15/6/2020 22:20 | Good link and news. This is why PHD need to make progress or Tim to go and put a proper BoD in that can take Proactis to where they belong! | 97peter
15/6/2020 21:00 | from lse board Great article here on bepayd and the tight relationship with HSBC who helped develop the system. With the large number of suppliers proactis have and potentially with small business HSBC customers being pointed towards the bepayd solution, this could really be gaining traction. Time will tell I guess. | mrshaungcm
15/6/2020 16:29 | At least it’s consistent. If they cannot attract new investment soon then the longer it goes on at this level the harder it will be to fight off bids. The market cap v ARR alone is ridiculous. | cureboy
14/6/2020 16:25 | Hahaha got me there mate | kirk 6
14/6/2020 14:43 | My Lord, I agree with Jonstrawberry on most of it. Sykes was out of Avacta and probably at the behest of Aubrey as IPO were a major investor and Avacta wasnt growing at the time whereas PHD needed full-time CFO and Sykes was p/time and servicing more than one company. The new CFO appears good, time will tell. My only disagreement is time. Some more time is needed. Also, PHD had a different genesis to the others as it was intended to pay dividends from early on as the others went full tilt for market share. With hindsight going for big growth was probably the better option. However, I think Proactis can cause real problems for the others now. Some more time needed and full tilt on getting all customers on the network instead of the low qty currently. With TBN, Tender, Buy & Supply side all together it's looking good to go. Add in new supply side offerings and we should be ok. New articles allow for all BoD members to be voted on at AGM mow so if no delivery major shareholders with vote out members of BoD. So, they have 6-12 months to show movement in the right direction or be removed imho.. Those wanting a buy-out are likely to leave money on the table and see a high percentage of the employees fired by the acquirer. It's not funny. | p1nkfish
14/6/2020 12:27 | Look beyond who is an employee, ex-employee, suspected CEO, etc. and just read the sentiments. Assume everyone on here has the same ultimate desire - to see Phd fly and make us all some coin. Then look at the facts and numbers. It remains plain to me. The company has huge potential. Current leadership has not tapped into that potential. After years of this leadership, the market cap is roughly where it was 10 years ago, the debt is burdensome, and this company - with phenomenal people and products - is not at the party being enjoyed by its competitors. Imho, time to Rethink the leadership. Time to put a team in place who understand the potential. Who have a plan. Who can execute on that plan. I cannot find one other example of a public company where the leadership have been allowed to continue in such failure (and it is “failure” Final word from me (for a while).... chill out guys. If this is the biggest thing we’ve all got to worry about right now we’re all in a relatively good place I’d say. | jonstrawberry
13/6/2020 11:55 | All the 35p accumulation is particularly suspect. | cureboy
13/6/2020 11:45 | They’ll do well to avoid being taken over on the cheap imho. By cheap I mean anything less than £1. Potential is huge here but there comes a time when they need to start actually delivering, or find themselves under pressure. I think we’ll have a better picture by the end of August. | cureboy
13/6/2020 11:04 | Always lurking here and obviously not working for phd. I will say that life is far too polarised in all walks at the moment, I remain broadly bullish but also agree that the BOD need to pull their finger out. | coldspring
13/6/2020 03:05 | Open your eyes, instead of berating of your employer look beyond your past prejudice. The power of Proactis is he US footprint. You are a cancer. | lewis winthorpe |
