P-near should have put the £3m div payment into share buybacks! Price be well north 10p. Rather pay lower capital gains tax than bigger income tax on dividend!!

Very good to see new buyers coming in today and well over 1 million trades, yesterday was one of the biggest volume days in a long time,

Any Short term NEWS is possible this week,

ALT could easily be worth 2.5 million to prim, alte has been in suspension for some time awaiting positive news all controlled by the prim board.

The Remaining Payapps sale could be worth another 1 Million to Prim.

Clean Power Hydrogen, the share price is up around 120 percent in last week alone and prim is a large holder, approx 400k to prim now.

Bushveld, Prim should now have the 1.2 million safely in the bank or they would have had to RNS if not, so that money is paid, which is massive achievement from the prim board.

Fresho, Could float or announce a new fund raiser any day, offering us a new valuation for our huge 4 percent holding.
Even on the lowest valuation of fresho this must be 8 million for Prim on Fresho worth say 200 Million.

Engage Must be near an Ipo, Worse case possible must be 2 Million for Prim just to get back what they put in.

Interpac Prim has invested approx £400k in last few Months at last raise price.

Weshop, I have not seen any figures on, so is a unknown value to me.

Should be at least 6 Million in the prim bank in a high interest account (Payapps and Bushveld Monies)

Adding the remaining payapps, interpac, engage, Fresho, Clean Power Hydrogen and ALT to the 6 million in a high interest account we would be at a 20.3 Million, which is around a share price of over 16p (not including weshop)

We are at a 5p bid which is utterly bonkers..

Any one of these investment's is a huge event on the prim share price,

Good luck all, this is so exciting at the moment to be invested in prim.

regardless of recent price action, it's a great recovery in the fortunes of PRIM, sorry for those who perhaps held for a period and sold out
Looks decent for further future gains, still think the market is missing this, is there an arbitrage trade here ahead of the divi ?

I disagree: a 1.5p dividend, on a 5p share is very, very good indeed.

However, what I do agree with you on is the splashing out on Hoopla Inc. or Manyana Resources etc., .. has to be stopped/exited/avoided.

I think we all have concluded katekat is clueless daft ramper.

It's not attractive for many investors now as you are just creating an income tax liability in a matter of days .likely the share price will fall to c4 p following ex div . If you buy now at 6 p then get a div of 1.5 p with a tax liability you would need it to not drop at all once ex dividend just to brake even if you sell. So there is clearly no trade or arbitrage unless the share price moves higher and doesn't fall ex dividend which imo looks unlikely .Hence few new buyers here for the dividend. Only further news will take this higher imo . Still unknown about the fmi payapps sale and other irons in the fire. Probably any new investors may be waiting to see what the price is 23 march . Might see some action that day .

Once the dividend is paid out, then there is going to be a awful lot of prim holders liquid in cash to the tune of 2.1 million pounds, I just wonder if they will top up here to grow their position in prim, of course they well, it’s going to get very interesting once the dividend is paid out.

Todays Dividend RNS gives the full intentions of the Board, no reason for investors to sell now into a crazy Market Maker Spread, just sit back and hold and maybe we will get a further dividend in 6 Months time, as there is still a staggering 3 Mill in the bank and guessing approx £450k liquid in Clean Power Hydo, after this dividend rns today, very short term Alte is still in suspension and news must be coming shortly, Medium term must be Fresho,

Really no need to hold any other stocks now, rather just ride this with zero stress.
