25/3/2024 08:36 | Has Stephen Ball got 14.52% OR under 3% ??? 2 RNS`s one after another with different shareholdings. | tyranosaurus
25/3/2024 07:34 | That’s at least another 1 % taken in safe hands from our 2nd largest shareholder. | katekat
22/3/2024 15:22 | WeShop. Anybody knows the latest on Weshop, I did a bit of research but I think it led me down the road of a different company. I believe something was potentially going to happen several mths ago. This next big liquidity event is likely to be Fresho. Recent investment by Prim into Fresho points to that. ALTE seems to be taken forever, hurdles to overcome. News on Engage would be a very welcome bonus. | yellows666
22/3/2024 13:29 | Bunfest continues for shares today, still a tap at 5.5p, that may dry up soon though. | chutes01
21/3/2024 20:24 | Heard the same, seems there is a shortfall of shares brokers actually hold, I am told brokers have to hold the shares to be able to transfer them, | rental
21/3/2024 19:16 | Some chat that as shares are being moved to more tax efficient wrappers ahead of divi, some brokers may be holding less shares than they should, best not to sell anything down here. | chutes01

20/3/2024 12:53 | Nice one Steve. Good volume today, demand at 6p Massive divi now being appreciated and think Paddington will continue to surprise holders. Give him a marmalade sandwich | chutes01
20/3/2024 10:55 | Hi there again, I just want to post to say I have sorted all my own personal issues and I am sure that Primorus Future is very rosy, and personally I think Fresho is going to be incredible for Primorus in the near future and really looking forward to this. I don’t post on forums as a rule so won’t be posting any further, but want thank everyone for all the informative posts while I am writing this post and I look forward to reading more great posting. | steveb77
20/3/2024 10:46 | Not sure the price will fall much next week Let’s see some divi cash reinvested back into prim | chutes01
20/3/2024 10:11 | masterg1 -I am happy to engage with shareholders both when positive and negative - that is all part of running a public company and as a major shareholder I also enjoy the thoughts posted and I am happy to be held to account. No we don't always get it right - that's life but I take the hit as well so clearly its not intentional and we have learnt lessons about investing in other Aim companies where the brokers/directors are maybe a little more flexible on the truth than we would have liked. I'm not so happy about some of the nonsense and made up rubbish which appears but I guess that is all part of these anonymous boards, and I will call out if I think contributors have over stepped the mark or posted damn right lies - it sometimes makes you wonder why they would invest in a company? Anyway I am very positive about the future, we have some excellent assets, cash in the bank and a strategy to redistribute profits to shareholders where possible. What the share price does is not in the boards control but we know where value is and will keep an eye on where mcap and NAV is. We also have the authority to buy back 10% of shares if deemed the correct decision. ATB | betterupthandown1
20/3/2024 09:39 | I wouldn't hold your breath on ALTE. Looking at Australian coverage from last year there is plenty of opposition to them restarting that power plant which seems likely to massively delay or even halt proceedings | dplewis1
20/3/2024 08:27 | Betterupthandown1 I am very pleased that you have responded to clarify facts, to stop the spread of misinformation. There are plenty of mischief makers on these BB’s. I hope you will continue to respond in future, when you have grown in size to reassure/inform shareholders. I respect your investment decisions made in good faith at the time, based on your due diligence. Hindsight is a perfect science, I expect your successful investments will far outweigh your duds. I do follow the company news and your shareholding and risk of dilution has to be minimal to continue for the long term. I hold number of AIM shares, and consider this to be one of my safest investments minimal chance of dilution. I will not be selling anytime soon, and await news on ALTE. I do hold another AIM share where I have had a special dividend, where I hold substantially more and still adding. Good luck with your other investments. | masterg1

19/3/2024 21:22 | chart looks great for further advances, is the market missing this huge divi pay out !! | chutes01
19/3/2024 18:40 | Cheers. Thanks for the explanation 👍 | cwa1
19/3/2024 18:30 | Sure, purely an internal administrative change due to the bank holiday. Normally LSE record days are on a Friday but this was not possible due to Easter. We were informed that LSE timetable now allowed for the record date on the Tuesday after Easter. These days also helped out with our liquidity management planning. Sorry nothing more exciting. Payment date exactly the same so shouldn't make any difference. | betterupthandown1
19/3/2024 17:45 | Afternoon betterupthandown1 I have no axe to grind here one way or the other-but do wonder why an announcement of this importance[the dividend's XD date] is changed as close to the original date as this? I'm sure there's a simple and extremely plausible reason for this but I do worry why it wasn't picked up in the first place. If you don't mind me asking, why was this done? Thanks for any inoput you can give | cwa1 |
