Super bonus for existing holders new buyers still have a huge spread to contend with and more imminent investors will have a tax conundrum to consider as a 1.5p dividend has tax implications for most especially 40% tax payers . I wouldn't get carried away about the upside tomorrow as it will likely be disappointing . The right thing has happened here as per last post one will likely need a longer term view to benefit fully here . More liquidity events and dividends to come .

Well if the market doesn’t believe the nav then we will make it have a rethink. I’m a major shareholder in this company who took over the company to reward those who believed in the assets and to get rewarded for their belief. Rome wasn’t built in a day but we are trying to reward those with a slightly longer term view. This is no guarantee but a statement of what can be achieved with the directors fully aligned.
This is not a typical Aim investment co.
Make your own minds up.

I’m wondering now if anyone is short on this stock, if so it is a blood bath for them as they have to pay the dividend amount to the spead betting company which means they must close their short positions before the strike date, happy days, will be buying more tomorrow just to give any shorters more pain, serves them right.

Following the recent realisation of Primorus' investment in Payapps Limited, as announced on 22 February 2024, the Directors of the Company are pleased to declare a special dividend of 1.5 pence per ordinary share (the "Special Dividend"), amounting to a distribution of proceeds to shareholders of approximately £2.1 million, in aggregate. The Special Dividend is expected to be paid on 10 April 2024 to shareholders on the register at 6:00 p.m. on 22 March 2024. The ordinary shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 21 March 2024."

If they do ever announce a dividend, and why should it not be even as much as 1p, one can only imagine what it will do to the share price

Instead they are punting on 'Fresho' ( a truly naff name for a company - imo of course)!

I, for one, wouldn't be surprised if this jumped way past 10p.

I think they mean repeat customers or along those lines. Fresho could be spectacular .

Was the addition some options exercised ? Or did they take part in a fund raise ? Price seems very cheap to me given fresho run rate and growth .

I think this was some options exercised ...if it was it's very exciting could be prelude to news ..may have been given a nod and wink...dyor. there could well be a very good reason to exercise options and clean up the share register...

Perhaps another clue in the rns .."We look forward to updating shareholders as Fresho progresses with its plans"......no need to put this in ...they don't generally waffle in the rns ..and the policy is to only update on significant liquidity events like recently ...

This could be like the wait for the proverbial buses...
