Adg/Begorrah - thinking the same thing - there is more to this imo. Consolidation in this sector ?? But who may be accumulating??
Interesting times....

That's about my hope for tomorrow. To put a base under the rise and a platform to move up from over the coming months as Catcher ramps up.

The concern is always a repeat of last years sell off after the rise, and people could scare themselves into that, but I think the big players will see PMO is a completely different company to last year

Husbod - v good question... difficult to say but my thinking it's better to arrive tomorrow... There seems to be a solid rerating going on here. Maybe a pullback first thing but this momentum seems v strong and should continue beyond tomorrow. I am expecting market to feel reassured that this momentum can be sustained after tomorrow's update.

Earliest date it could be forced is 31st July 2018 as long as the share price has been at £1.04 or higher for 25 days.

Thanks Chris,

Is the forced conversion price 104p? Is it 3 months it needs to stay above that level to force the conversions?

Much appreciated

duckdown. When bondholders convert debt is removed from the balance sheet and replaced with equity. Simply, liabilities have decreased and interest payments have stopped. As the shareholders are not receiving dividends it is also cashflow positive. The final benefit is that the 'power' of the bondholders is reduced. As the Company can force conversion after a certain share price is recahed, it is giving power back to the company from the bondholders. As shareholders very welcome. At the moment it all seems to be going our way.............long may it continue. PMO remains a longterm hold.................we will look back at the share price in Jan 2018 and say why did I not dramatically increase my holding? As always the answer is the fear the POO rapdily goes back to $40-50/barrel.
