Today is the big day. If prem don't get the EPO go-ahead today, then the next step is MNH buying prem for peanuts, with GR staying on as chairman of the new group. Good for GR, bad for prem shareholders.

Well that's final shafting errm I mean placing out the way. There is no share authority to issue anymore otherwise we would be shafted further. Everything now relies on a Circum deal by year end - unlikely to happen as every other date has been missed delayed, cancelled. So early January 2020 PREM is either boom or bust. The consistency of failures is astounding. Good luck all shareholders that remain.

Well I invested at .55 only a couple of years ago and took the hit at around .22 and sold. Lost a few k but looking in I see nothing has changed with GR's antics. If I had held I would have had a near in 2600% drop in my investment, my £3.2k would be worth £128 today! Value creation ... not! GR the biggest conman out there!

Jack - you should have waited a day. it's 0.0244 to buy now. but don't worry. there will be more 'top up' opportunities soon. GR is planning something special...but I'm sure you already know that :) and now that he is Chairman/CEO no one can stop him.

This is just a mere scratch to what GR is planning for shareholders. The clue is in the wording of ‘last direct placing’.

Anyway, money must be seriously tight if GR didn’t even had the money to pay for the flight to Zim. The placing is only for GR’s salary and travel. Rha is covered from the zim dollars and we don’t have any other expenses.
