ah good to know. well it's 0.0294 to buy now so that's sweet that you can sell at .0295. On a billion share trade that's some solid weekend beer money.

Yay to corporate governance! And glad to hear that GR’s heading back to Zim end of the month. The weathers about to turn so good of him to catch the last of the sunny days.

I topped up last week and will top up again in the coming weeks knowing that circum divi will more than likely double my investment.
Check out #PREM Premier African Minerals RNS on 30th Aug 2019 about how they plan to distribute all of the Circum Minerals investment to PREM shareholders. One of the options is to distribute a dividend to be shared to all prem holders. Prem owns 5% (5mil shares) in Circum who are planning to sell at the end of the year. If Circum liquidates at $3 per share, PREM stake will be worth $15m. Minus liabilities will probably go down to $12m. Worst case it sells at $2 per share will give prem $10m and $7m to $8m to be distributed to shareholders. Divi payment could be worth between 0.05p to 0.1p or £5k to £10k if you own 10mil shares. 10mil shares can be bought for £3k today.

Well you know the answer to that Valhalla.George Roach has bled this company dry.So much hope at one stage.Undeed I had £20k invested here but thankfully exited before I list the lot.Not thst long ago people were talking about 1p and indeed the 10p party!!!! Now who knows. Mugabe is gone now and still the share price drops!! Never thought it would go this low. Crazy crazy crazy situation.I really do hope the lths don't get totally burnt here. Must do some research next week to see if there is any mileage here in a very small spec punt.

Is this the same circum that was supposed to payout 2 years ago? Or is this a new circum? Cause the one that GR invested in still has a few more years to go before anything happens. If they get a new logo I might start getting excited again though...;)

Great posts Mol and Val but did you know that a Circum divi will be distributed to shareholders which was RNS'd on the 30th Aug 2019. If you own 5mil shares which you could buy for £1.5k today, a circum divi payout of 0.1p for example would give you £5k in return + your holding. Even a divi payout of 0.05p, you are more than doubling your initial investment.

Mol - I can 100% confirm the fax machine. Spoke with GRs cousin and he’s pretty proud of it. Got it as a gift from his ex girlfriend. Last I heard the spare bedroom had a bunch of worthless prem junk in it like RHA geology maps and lithium price projections. So once that is cleared the move is happening.

And speaking of rha wasn’t Neil part of the board when GR decided to build the plant on geology he didn’t understand. Yeah seems right that he takes over from GR;).

Val is it genuine confirmation or is it awaiting imminent rubber stamping like the EPO, somebody actually starting work on electrifying RHA etc?
Jack - for the next jackanory episode please can you hunt out some of Tedboys calculations from RNS's and update them. Think his last one had us bigger than Glencore, love to hear how we're going to become bigger than Apple.

The next stage of the jigsaw I think could result in Neil Herbert taking over as CEO of the company. George Roach has indicated of his plans to step down during recent interviews and webinars but the issue has always been finding a replacement. Neil Herbert is a perfect fit imo to take over. If this happens, we could see the money owed by MNH to PREM convert to equity and a % of the manganese mine could end up in the prem portfolio.

Like I said earlier, Neil Herbert wouldnt be joining the PREM board if they didnt complete the fund raise to buy the Purity plant and equipment. The loan of $1m to MNH holdings is complete as stated on the RNS 4th Sept. MNH no longer need to sell the new shares issued to them.

in much more important news, got confirmation that GR's cousin is moving in this weekend. from the annual reports my estimate is that GR charges prem around 400k for the use of his second bedroom as an office. So if the cousin moves in, boom!, automatic savings of 200k/year. and I'm hearing that the fax machine is a SHARP UX-P115. google it. it's got a phone. extra booooom!!!
