how long have we had those Circum shares? and GR waited all the way until the day before the regent shares get issued to announce today's 'news'.

sub .03 close? looks likely. and then an after hours sell.

this is interesting. in the shareholder letter GR explicitly says 'MNH is profitable now'. But in the recent update he only mentions the increase in export tonnage. and in the shore cap note on yesterday's news they call MNH revenue generating, not profit generating. so before the AGM, MNH is profitable but after the AGM (once the sharecap increase was approved) MNH is no longer profitable but only generating revenue and increasing tonnage. I really do hope the FCA investigate GR.

also just quickly. finally managed to chat with the company. looks like Pam is also coming back. GR is reuniting the old gang to have one more go at shareholder money.

this will never go private. prem is GR's cash cow. as I said before, this loan was a stroke of genius. no more threat of admin and 45k a month flowing in starting in 2020 to cover GR's salary and travel. the man is a genius when it comes to fleecing investors.

and where is napom? I haven't seen him post in a while. I'm sure he's too busy buying up all the shares at these low low levels....;) all 7 million shares!

Lol - gotta love a company with absolutely no money lending money to another company with no money.

Doc69 is George Roach or lenigas, there is no other explanation for his mad positivity all the way down from 1p.

Doc - how? All GR has done is dilute existing shareholders in order to lend a buddy a million and then give him a cushy board position where he collects 30k to join GR on safari.

next week regent get their shares at 0.024. GR looking after his own.

and I stand corrected. GR must have let something 'slip'. constant buying all day (albeit small) and yet the price doesn't budge. another after hours MNH sell? or it might be the regent shares. with GR there is so much dilution that you never know who.

someone should let CF (on lse) know that GR also told shareholders that he wants to keep all of Zulu until DFS. That means prem funds the drilling. so either we will have more insane dilution or if Circum ever happens, no dividend.

I’m a little surprised that GR didn’t use the bank holiday weekend to ‘let slip’ to the group some news in order to shift more MNH shares. EPO deadline come and gone. And what about those immediate board changes? And I have a feeling a certain poster will be very disappointed when December comes and goes and nothing happens at Circum other than another update letter saying that they are progressing. With the regent dilution coming next week GR needs to bring back those Rio tinto rumours.

So I finally see the brilliance of GRs loan to MMH. What you have to realise is that the way GR profits from prem is not through shares (soon he might not even be the largest shareholder and with the endless dilution the price will never rise) but through salary and expenses. That is guaranteed money. So one could wonder why GR thought it was a good idea to dilute shareholders at all time lows just to lend someone 1 million to make a 100k over two years while killing the market cap. But this makes perfect sense when you put it into the context of GRs main concern is salary. Starting in Jan, prem will receive monthly payments of 45k for two years. The only real outgoings that prem have at the moment are GRs salary and his expenses. So the MNH repayments guarantee GR gets to enjoy another couple of years collecting a fat salary irrespective of the performance of the company. Pretty brilliant.

well that was short lived :). the shareholder group must be thrilled that they were played by GR in order to shift the MNH shares. anyone who bought on Friday/Monday is already looking at a loss.

How come the buying started an hour before the RNS?

and going back to me earlier comment, very clever by GR. drops a hint to the shareholder group that 'excellent' news is on the way which creates the necessary volume for the MNH shares to be sold. except there is no excellent news. just another after hours sell.

and the price is dropping. might even see sub 0.03 today. GR, Neil and Peter, sitting in a tree....

so 100 days from the completion takes us Q2 2020. then GR can tell investors that while the power costs are down the grades still suck so will need to build the decline shaft which will cost 4 million USD and will take 12 months complete. the man is a master of fleecing shareholders.

It is positive though.I guess the RNS was leaked but not the content wanted so this should see this back where it started today.Shame

I think that RNS has hindered any rise on PREM -

Bit of a wasted rns -
