Not sure what Chris Fraser was thinking when he admitted that that the bond market is practically non existent for early stage potash plays. He should have just followed Circum’s lead and hired a graphic designer to get a new logo. ;).

And I'm sure GR is there today thinking 'well if David Archer can raise 5 mil, and Zulu is 57 times larger than Mina do Barroso, surely prem can raise 285 million'.

nice to see volume returning to prem. 5 trades is better than 2. :)

2 trades totaling 900 quid. both sells. and if anyone thinks there will be progress on the EPO anytime soon they need to check the recent news in Zim and then go back to how the EPOs are awarded. there's a clue there. based on that we might not hear about the EPO until 2020. in a way this is a blessing for GR because he can continue pretending to shareholders that there is an interested JV partner. but when the EPO is granted he'll have to admit that there isn't one. so the share price might even drop on the news.

$2 per circum share?! last I heard we paid an average of $1.50 per share. so after all the debt is cleared (as per RNS) the Circum shares will be worth less than we paid for them :).

As GR said "why waste money trying to prove up Zulu to DFS when I can just help a buddy out and buy out the distressed funds at a premium to the detriment of prem shareholders'. I'm paraphrasing a little but that's the general gist.

Back to sub 0.03! And wet season right around the corner. I told GR to invest in that rain jacket company. Now what are we going to do?!

doc - looks like it wasn't a buy but 65mil in sells. The MMs just did that tick up to try and sucker in some buyers (as Moljen pointed out earlier). doesn't look like many took the bait.

Nope, just an opinion which invariably turns out to be correct when it comes to Prem. Think we've both been here and commenting for a few years, lost track of the number of times you've expressed unbridled enthusiasm and several of us here have suggested tempering it due to the facts on the ground. Hardly surprising then that my own and others opinions have proved to be more accurate.

Have to admit, napom sounds defeated. he spent all his time fighting the imaginary 'shorters' while missing the biggest culprit. GR himself!

Well that makes it official now. Prem is shutting down for the rest of year. The important thing is to conserve cash so we can cover GR’s salary.

also, wasn't the regent loan converted into shares yesterday. that's close to 1 billion shares added to the share capital. why wasn't this rns'ed?

If GR wants to shift these placing shares he needs to ramp up the 'with the EPO we're going to have majors interested in Zulu' rumors.

and wasn't the Zim gov't making decisions on the EPOs three weeks ago. so I'm sure prem have heard something back...

Based on the recent letter by GR we can expect rha to be back in ‘production217; in April/May 2020. And that is the low grade / fine stuff. So by June rha will be back in c&m while GR starts thinking about the decline shaft. All the while he keeps cashing them checks.

I wonder how much of the chunk GR would claim in "unpaid wages and expenses" in December ? $5.5m ?
