well with the 500 mil shares coming onto the market to settle the 175k loan, the 1 billion to MNH, and then another 500 mil in September to settle the second 175k, GR might finally be able to guide this into the 0.009s

and tried calling the company. apparently GR is already in Paris scoping new locations for the AGM. While the Holiday Inn is nice, GR wants something more grand to usher in the 0.009s. It's a pretty big step in prem's history.

comfortably trading in the 0.03s and no one seems to mind. maybe when we finally hit the 0.01s folks will start to mind. or maybe it will take it going in the 0.009s. who knows...

at least we know what the next rns will be. it's the delay to paying back the loan since prem doesn't have the shares. then the rns after that will be that prem increased the cap. then the next rns after that will be the massive dilution.

can't wait for the next two weeks. I'm sure GR can't wait either. it's sunny and in the high 20's in paris at the moment.

I don't know Donald, I think I'd be happier if GR bought a laundromat rather than the Otjozondu deal. If Otjozondu was so good, they would not be asking a broke junior miner for a million dollars...

can't understand why anyone would sell today. don't they realize tomorrow is the big day. GR's is getting the EPO sorted tomorrow. massive news.

last I heard the EPO will increase the size of Zulu by 100. now applying my great math skills, the last public valuation we had for Zulu was 5 mil (the 500k for 10%). some private valuations that I heard through the grape vine were 1 mil for 50%. Either way, doesn't matter. by the end of tomorrow zulu will be worth 200 mil on the lower end and close to half a billion on the higher end.

last I checked the MC was 4 mil. buying prem should be considered day light robbery. you are practically printing money by buying into prem right now.

and can you imagine when GR starts doing his rain dance and the dams finally fill up. there will be so much electricity flowing to RHA that GR will open up a laundromat just to make a little extra on the side. we might even get a 'laundromat dividend'.

finally had a chance to talk to the company. they are in fine spirits. Madama Butterfly is playing at the Bastille and turns out that is GR's favorite opera. coincidence? :)

two weeks and GR finally achieves his dream of 10 billion plus shares with a MC of around 2 mil. the man is a true visionary.

Also, back in the Feb RNS, it stated "mobilisation will commence immediately" and we all know what happened next.

and what does GR say in the latest RHA announcement "essential in-country repairs to commence immediately"

HA! can't wait for the podcast in 3 months time when he tells the market that nothing has happened at RHA...

oooh. are we going to see .02s tomorrow?

I'm sure that is what GR meant when he said back in Feb "it is gratifying to finally be able to report a return to real value generative operations" :)

I see the LSE board is back talking about folks shorting. Can they enlighten us on how to short prem? which broker is offering the option to short? If they let me know, I'll give them a 10% free ride on my hedge.

GR states in this interview stated that $6 mil investment would be enough to bring RHA back into production (10 secs to 1.20 min)Watch "Premier African's George Roach welcomes RHA funding deal" on YouTubehttps://youtu.be/AjkUNd6zmCkNow states today he's uncertain the funds are sufficient, so more than likely.Wouldn't trust GR with a barge pole, along with this company, purely just funding his lifestyle, get out now - that's if you've got anything left

Electrifying RHA? Is George not aware of the power cuts? Or does he get a diesel generator for his aircon as part of his renumeration, because back in the real world the country is suffering from 18hr power cuts.

Ailing Zimbabwe reels as 18-hour power cuts bite

Most miners have been asked to import their own power, a move that could double their costs
