Next main event coming up AGM notice. Currently 8bn+ shares in issue - still not enough. How many will they ask for this time?

Assuming 0.05p.. (will be lower at this rate)
5bn = £2.5m

8bn = £4m

We start losing the Circum asset if GR does not get the 'Yes vote'

So the 100 days rha back into production guarantee is no longer on the table. As GR indicates that he doesn’t think the zim dollars are adequate.

So no rha and Zulu impaired. Looks like GR is done for the year.

News flow expected..

No promised results released yet again
Management are either 100% incompetent or its not an act.
Stock likely to be suspended Monday 0730 pending financial position.
I would expect another share authority to issue minimum 5bn shares (5bn @ 0.05 only raises £2.5m)
I would expect a share consolidation to reduce the billions of shares in issue

And that is just the good news!

Finally had a chance to chat to GR. line was a little fuzzy (he’s still on safari) but he sounded upbeat. He’s got a new plan to drive value - a zim only focused miner funded by zim dollars. NEWCO2 he called it. It’s like the old NEWCO but since it’s funded by zim dollars it’s only worth a tenth of the original. And as a result prem holders will get 10 shares in NEWCO2. GR’s niece is doing the DD at moment. Saw an early draft. Her dinosaur colouring is is improving by the day!

oooh. 0.05s this afternoon. yes!!! go prem!! I'm sure mal is thrilled with GR's performance. Anyway, I really hope GR does an interview soon. when this drops to .03s on the back of that interview, might start buying again. GR won't let this go admin. it's his cash cow. so .03 or lower is a great entry point!

Also that’s some insane buying pressure this morning. I’m sure GR was trying to do a placement this morning to pay back the loan but SVS must of called him and asked for a larger discount. Sub .04. 20 billion shares in circulation by Christmas!

Napom’s back! Telling investors more money is coming. Just like he told investors circum was locked in for Q1 this year. He really has no shame..

Remember when GR said there is no lock in period for circum. Well I’m sure he’s going to be ‘surprisedR17; just like he was ‘surprisedR17; today about the 6 mil not being in USD.

Anyway, hopefully we can pay GR in Zim dollars....

So it look like Zim is valuing 51% of rha at 500k usd. So that means rha is worth a cool 1 million usd. Can’t make this up...

Electricity cuts lasting all day, critical fuel shortages and a currency that's less valuable that toilet paper... that $6M settlement with Zim soon won't even buy a shovel.

another day of insane volume. anything over 2.88 GBP is going into NT. MMs must be short of stock. And I have it on good authority that their emails to GR asking for a discounted placing have gone unanswered. And not that he doesn't want to, he's just on safari with the grand kids and has no internet reception.

anyway, I hope everyone is loading up ahead of the annual reports. who doesn't want to see zero revenue, zero progress, and GR's expenses to London for dinner and shows. oh, and all the money for the various DDs - last I heard the DDs were done in crayon by GR's niece. I'm sure she charges a premium :).
