I suspect that the selling of the ARCM shares was just a paper exercise, similar to a bed and ISA. Transfer from PREM ownership to GR ownership. If not, why was it done on the quiet? What happened to the proceeds from the sale?

Just sell what you can and buy ARCM shares and you will make your money back. After having told everyone to sell out at 0.5p, this is my last pro bono bit on this board. Anyone who thinks this is anything more than a zero, is either overly long and can’t get out, a maniac, or works for the company.

TB - only if you hold ARCM shares, did you not notice GR flogged ours off on the quiet before the Year End. You'll find life easier if you just accept this POS is exactly that and if anything comes from it now then it would be a hugely unexpected bonus.

Is there anyone left here that feels positive about the prospects for this company, if so, I would love to hear some positivity because right now, I think we are going to lose it all. Any shareholder group still in existence should update shareholders as to their current status

The Bull,

Nothing personal but you are still writing as though some good is going to come here.

It's a LTF (long term fraud) thats all it is but a legal one, hidden behind the guise of an AIM listed company.

All the assets have or are been hived off to GR and associates, if there is anything left when this folds then they will be hived off as well. GR has been paid handsomely for being the front of house that was all part of "his deal"

The FCA won't get involved they don't have the manpower or the interest.

Its a win win for GR Dattels and numerous others.

may prove to be a very wise decision having got out at those levels. If it is true about the assets we have and their value, we shouldn't be having issues to raise money. Shareholders have lost trust in GR and whilst he continues to bleed the company of its funds, I cannot see many stumping up any more. £40K per year is about what he should be paying himself with zero owed in shares. Emirates economy class would shave the travel bill to below £50K. The whole BOD has lost its sense of reality and responsibility to us

Soooooo glad I got fully out at 0.08p (only had 25% left after offloading at 0.12p)GR still talking about making an acquisition of a producing asset. With what exactly???So much promise but ran into the ground by the fat controller.

and renting his office to the company? that would be ok if a reasonable market rate, where is the control on that. Now Datels has a hold on some of our circum shares i read, where will this end? Any shareholder group doing anything now or do they believe its all going swimmingly? Where is that smilemore character, that needs to be investigated, this whole thing is starting to stink to high heaven. I knew it was high risk and I mainly blame myself, but I don't like being conned

He really should be locked up, but there's no chance of that.
