and mal - maybe you should reach out to macgerry and tell him no one is interested in our Circum shares. not even GR :). cause mac seems a little late to the game...

wow mal. someone is touchy...

maybe you should take this up with napom - if I remember correctly he said Circum Q1 this year. Did you buy on his 'info' and yesterday's news wasn't exactly what you expected. Where's you post accusing napom of making up stories? :)

anyway, the 2 mil valuation is true and so is the upcoming sharecap increase.

but don't let facts get in your way. such a muppet.

The thing is why would Zim invest 6 mil into RHA. If they string out Prem for another 3-4 months, the rainy season hits and the share price crashes to .02s so then they could offer a 20% premium and buy prem out for 2 million. 4 mil saved and a few extra assets.

And even at 2 mil they might be over paying.

Remember two years ago when someone offered 500k for 10% and GR rejected it and laughed. Last Zulu valuation I heard was 2 mil. But that was in January. I’m sure it’s closer to 1 mil now.

Lastly, where’s napom? He appeared when smilemore was trying to oust GR but is quiet once again. Wonder why?...

all the positive posters have had an epiphany and suddenly gone all quiet this last week. this is all very depressing, perhaps we are far too early investing in this shambles of a country

Now that GR will have to start doing placements in the 0.02-0.03 range I wonder how much he will try and increase the sharecap by? Minimum 5 billion but GR might try and got for 10.

Also why exactly was GR in London last week? Oh yes, I forgot. Dinner and a show. Silly me.

How can we demand a UK AGM. It is obvious that's where it should be but hasn't stopped him before due to some bull about time spent in the UK

TB - not quite dead but on critical in life support. If we can galvanise enough support to demand the AGM is held in the UK then we may be able to do something about it, if not then as you say it's time to call it a day and close / flog off what's left and get our fractions of a penny back. Anyway my post on LSE follows.... Phillip - send your email in with the UK AGM request. I don't believe we can rely on the $6M and the way the share price is crashing and the contracts these guys are on the Company will be taken private with them owning 99.9% of it.
If you search my profile for a post from 12th May (on LSE under moljen)you'll find my thoughts on what is needed to be done here - not guaranteeing it'd work but it's got to be better than the current. And before Napom comes back here rubbishing my CV in an attempt to maintain the status quo I turned around a Company in a similar financial situation and sold it for more than Prem's current market cap so it can be done, it just needs the will. UK AGM is an essential building block. To all, if you just want to see what's left of your investment disappear do sod all but if you want to keep the fat lady singing send them an email and demand the AGM is in the UK.

We need to sell the stake in cicum and probably take a 50% haircut on the likely value so $3M in the coffers. That has to come with a clean sweep of the BOD, and close RHA money pit, sell off zulu. The dream has died

If the Chairman had some balls, he should demand an immediate pay cut, 60% at the very least.

Anyone know what the shareholder group is doing or has that disbanded now
