looks like SVS is still clearing placing shares! serious chance now that GR is delaying any announcement cause he's lining up another placing. the meetings this week were to get final sign off. so either there is a delay (no sign off) or there was and GR needs to line up a placing. either way, the next few days will tell us. a few more block sells and we'll know :)

Starting to look like all of GR’s other meetings where it’s all chat and nothing else. I’m sure in June we’ll start hearing about another meeting to finish the deal ;)....

Is the LSE BB simply a big boiler room? Do the genuine holders know there was a coordinated purge to ban genuine bear case posters? Instead they get recent ramper smilemore to enlighten them. Like GR he stated he would step down but guess what?.. He is still there! PREM has seen total shareholder destruction over the last two years. Repeated dillution into the billions of shares. Proposed deals (that would of devestated shareholders anyway) ramped and then fallen through. TCT bought ramped as cash generative saviour then sold off. RHA..posters on telephone to management regards the truckloads of wolframite..failure to become profitable, suspended twice from AIM because of accounts. VOX changed their rules due to backlash re CEO GR and his doublespeak. Last few raises just to keep lights on and GR and management paid. Last raise will soon run out and next ramp to raise will begin.

At the end of Feburary on VOX GR stated "He believes" he "has been able to satisfy SOME of the requirements" that need met for Zimbabwe Government to accept a new aggreement to recieve the 6 million and that the company was "working on" setting about a proposal. There is no mention of what the requirements are yet the company set about making a proposal that is based on MAYBE SOME of the requirements having been met!?! Prem cant even have its accounts ready on time (suspended from AIM two years on a row because of it). I doubt the money will ever appear. If it does it will have so many cavets it may not be shareholder benificial, GR will decimate any rise with a raise, and I dont doubt the money will be squandered.

Oooh the anticipation. It almost feels like when Circum got a new logo and everyone said that it must mean that the IPO is right around the corner! ;).

But have to admit I’m surprised that SVS is still posting. I thought they would have finished clearing the placing shares over the last couple of days.

I does go to show that there are still buyers ready to pile in in anticipation of news but will they continue to hold. These could easily double on that $6M, in fact if it came in, I think it would settle at that. Just whether george then squanders it

Doctor, let's just say RHA can't be ran profitably (which seems like a fact to me as they failed miserably in Nov/Dec 17). Where else will we get the funds?As mentioned before if Circum IPO doesn't happen VERY soon PREM will crawl to its death.

so..........what now? the meeting is done and no sign of the 6 million. I thought yesterday was the 'signing' meeting. Like I said, if it doesn't happen this week, it might not happen this year. but still makes no difference to GR. collects a salary either way :)

Ultimately, my opinion is this is headed for delisting or sitting as a shell or private shell. GR will not want the gravy train train to stop though. The only way the saleries can be paid is via futther raises. It is becoming increasinly difficult though as only mugs will invest. To keep the gravy train going there is going to have to be a share consolidation as the value of shares are almost worthless already. The promoters will sing GRs praises about it while what little value current holders have will disappear overnight.
