Re, in 15375: 'most of the work is prefabricated off-site and easy to erect'

Tim Yeo describes the system as 'modular'.

Is there any more info on this?

KC makes a reasonable comment:

David Ryan (15/7/2020) said 'typically' twelve months to construct but implied it could take longer depending on what 'safe working practices' the builders wanted to follow. Presumably as it's a first trial unit they will want to be extra cautious and then mix in the complication of Covid and the time will be mounting up. 2023 imo.

Lemmings and mushrooms only.

You should have sold out months ago instead of just sitting there and now regretting it.

Poor old Ken he is becoming increasingly confused and is thrashing about because he knows his days of complaining are nearly over. PHE annual report only days away. In any case most of the work is prefabricated off-site and easy to erect, hence there is nothing to see here yet. Visits are a waste of time.

It depends what they regard as the start point for the 12 months to start ticking.

That seems to put it beyond 12 months.

From the heading:

"construction expected to start around end 2020 and typically take at least 12 months to complete - followed by testing and certification. (David Ryan, Interview Q&A, 15/7/2020). Edit: Construction not yet started, as of June 2021."

So there you have it and they couldn't even manage to get started by end 2020 and still haven't even started!

The usual from Mrs deccer.

March update Q1 2022 - until we hear different, we go with what we are being told.

Unless Mrs deccer has more facts & information ?

I take that timetable with a pinch of salt. The language is always open to interpretation in different ways and the reality is they don't yet seem to have started and have previously said they take a year to build. It could easily run into 2023.

Fvck chung and Mrs deccer are Trolls who may or may not be working for wee tom who has a vendetta against Tim Yeo.

You on the other hand JuJu, could quite easily call Peel and pose the questions you continue to repeat here. Simple.

No people or machinery moving around on site in that clip, and entrance fencing closed, so nothing happening any time soon by the look of it. Some nice shots of cow parsley though. Would you call it truly disgraceful?
