What technology?I see nothing but an 'agricultural' prototype. They have never managed to fund or build a full size system have they. What are the founder and chairman Tim Yeo's engineering qualifications and what are his daily care needs at age 75?Why couldn't W2T secure any funding? Why is CEO David Ryan about to leave before a full size system is built and what does that say about prospects for success?Lemmings and mushrooms only.

That would be nice, but as long as you're making money while you wait, delays don't seem quite so painful!

Absolutely. Now we just need Peel to get moving on the project.

Yes that and the financial credibility lent to them by Peel's involvement.

I think that latterly it's mainly due to David Ryan and his team of engineers for bringing the technology forward.

Yes, I really thought it would have folded by now, but it soldiers on, thanks to its remarkably forgiving shareholders.

I really wish I'd discovered AIM when I was younger, and starting my own business - there'd have been none of that self-funded organic growth nonsense!

Oh well, good luck all holders; I will continue to watch with interest, from the sidelines.

It's not the management issuing shares to raise money, it's an individual who has exercise some of his options, so the company has no alternative but to issue new shares as requested by the option holder.

This share price is being devalued every time the Management issue shares. Another 6,000,000 shares are to be issued on the 17th April so we are to look forward to another drop to the share price What is going on?

Because this is their speed - its either dead slow or stop . A bit hitter would be cautious of joining this with the lack of action

Why the long delay in appointing a CEO: or have I missed something?

Smokey it's shameful of you to try to mislead people. In reality:1. They recently lost the original CEO who did not stick around for all this greatness that is surprised to be unfolding, and are about to lose his replacement who understands the problems they still face and similarly does not seem to want to stick around.2. They have never built a full size system, just run a small 'agricultural' prototype, as one board member referred to it. 3. The first one will take a year to build and if I know them, a lot more shares to be issued between now and then, after which it needs to be tested, possibly further modified and certified, and could still fail.4. Meanwhile Tim Yeo is the founder and Chairman, with all his back history which you can look up and draw your own conclusions about, including what the judge said about him. No engineering qualifications I presume.Lemmings and mushrooms only.

This recent link lasts nearly one hour but is most informative and after a few minutes rather loud intro it gives a pretty good view on Powerhouse Energy [PHE]. I think it is worth the effort of listening to the end.

Sorry if it’s been listed before.

I have extracted some notes and these are set out below with the caveat I am no expert, just a speculator looking for a reasonable risk/reward ratio.

• Project is First of a Kind Project – [Demonstration Plant].
• The Units are modular and can fit on small sites.
• Site preparation underway.
• Completion/ Start-Up 1Q 2022
• Validation of environmental impacts/benefits underway - due soon.
• Financial Close Q2 2021
• Blue Chip Investor [Un-named for confidential reasons] has bought in during the last 2 Capital Raises [2.5p & 5.5p] and is wanting to increase.
• High level of trust with Peel Environmental the SPV partner - Natural partners.
• SPV gets paid a significant “gate fee” for taking in all types of non-recyclable plastic waste – i.e., its raw material.
• The process does not rely on combustion.
• Daily output is 3 Tons of Hydrogen from 40 tonnes of waste [no sorting needed].
• Systems to control the temperature of the gases inside the kit [chemical equilibrium] is critical and covered by a suite of patents.
• Project Capital Cost US $30,000 [circa £20,000] – Might be possible to reduce by 30% as production ramps up.
• Low Carbon Technology – Small quantity of Solid particulates – NOx minimal - Not Green [Turquoise?] but carbon neutral [ i.e., CO2 released = CO2 in feedstock]
• Second Project to be announced in Q2 2021 - rumoured to be Glasgow also with Peel.

Things to look for [1] progress on site [2] Financial Close 2Q 2021 [3] announcement of 2nd Plant 2Q 2021 [3[ Environmental validation - soon [4] Completion 1Q 2022.
