He just talks his own book.Growing headcount will mean more costs and they haven't even built a full size system which will take until 2022, let alone got one working or certified, and still face engineering challenges and ongoing expenses.Bad news about yet another CEO leaving and this one understood the problems they still face so bodes badly imo.Stay short.

The company is issuing shares because an individual has exercised some of his warrants, not because the company has decided to issue shares to get cash.

At present the company has ample cash in the kitty. When Peel achieve "Financial Close" for the first DMG at Protos, which I believe is expected this month, then Peel will pay the first £500k to PHE.

There is no question about the viability of PHE at this stage.

Shareholders are waiting a long time for news of the first project to start earning revenue. Meanwhile the company continues to issue shares. I think we are sue an update on tangible progress with a schedule of dates for new project revenue-otherwise I have to wonder if PHE continues to be investibke.

Director sells 1.6million shares and there is no comment on here.........the reason is a future tax liability?Nothing to see here folks, just keep averaging up or down and expressing disbelief at the bargain on offer.

Powerhouse DMG will be ground breaking, a worlds first 'if it works'. Because it is a worlds first we will not know if it works, untill its working. But if it does work !...... I retire :-)

You are right to be very concerned here.

Keith was as I said, yet I was castigated for my view re his lies, yet all know at PHE I was right all along.

Now we have a company with kit that failed and failed again, with a reported answer that the scientific world has missed which it is said is not patentable (so 'they' say)

Complete and utter madness but mug punters as usual fall for it.

The trick is the lining, engineers have tried and failed for decades to identify a lining that could stand this process.

How long will this drag out before the end game of proof of use at industrial level.

I suggest as long as they can spin it to keep the plates spinning and pay cheques turning over, after that.... nothing, zilch just angry retail investors.

Has anyone got any clue as to why the drop off. I know that the pre Xmas jump was unexplained but it held rather well but over the last 5 weeks it’s just been dropping.
Is there any news upcoming to pick this share back up?
