Where do you get Tim Yeo making a comment that completion is 1st Q 2021. As I understand his target date is end 2021 with contracts for the purchase of the key equipment to be completed by the end of this month. Expect an RNS the, meantime there is nothing further to see here. Just move on!

I am fairly sure that the delays are down to Peel and not PHE, but there's nothing we can do about it except wait.

The timeframe keeps bugging . Tim Yeo now saying target completion 1st qtr 2021 . Thats 2 years from kick off and the completion is still a maybe . Are these guys serious . They will be left in the dust as competitors rush past them if they cant do better than this and where is the new CEO or will that take another year . Much talk but lousy delivery - including Peel

all..getting the 1798 Volantis fund on board- run by Lombard odier is VERY good news...these guys are serious growth investors and I know them well. The placing of a large potential overhang is also very good news and I am delighted that half has gone to a proper insitutional investor. If these shares dribbled out into the market there would have been a LOT of selling pressure. The discount to the closing price seems fair to me. They are not valuing the company at 4.8p - if they did they wouldn't be buying there!!!

They value the company at 4.8p per share.......that's a hell of a discount from today and almost two thirds off the recent highs. It is still too high in my opinion, there is also still no working commercial sized unit nor have they even started to build one.

It seems some people don't understand what this is about.
This is NOT dilution, and NOT and issue of new shares by the company.
It is existing shareholders selling existing shares (that were previously locked in) to an institution.

I love the idea of this......the practice of bringing it from the feasibility study report and into life and producing hydrogen is somewhat trickier to manage it would seem. I wish holders well.
