The end of the tax year is the critical point. Most of us have made so much money in the last year the cgt allowance has to be used. This will start its way north once again either on news or the start of the new tax year.

Vatnabrek sadly you are delusional but at least everyone knows, so can ignore you.It will take a year to build and a lot more shares to be issued between now and then, after which it needs to be tested, possibly further modified and certified, and could still fail. Meanwhile Tim Yeo will probably still be Chairman, with all his back history which you can look up and draw your own conclusions about.Chug along in your little dream world.Lemmings and mushrooms only.

I'm expecting quite a bit of significant news over the next few weeks, and some perhaps over the next couple of months:
Not necessarily in this order:
- Announcement of new CEO
- Announcement of orders placed for long lead items. Tim Yeo said that may even take place before the end of March.
- Announcement that site works have commenced at Plot 10, Protos.
- Financial Close. TY said this is expected to be completed in Q2, but it involves several items:
> Peel to establish the SPV company which will be owned by Peel and PHE.
> Peel to complete their part of the Financial Close (PHE has already raised funds to cover their share of the SPV.)
> Peel to exercise its option to take up exclusive rights as "developer" in the UK, and pay £500k to PHE for those rights.
> Financial Close will also trigger the start of Peel's 6-month option to invest £10M in new shares in PHE.
- Update on DMG project in Glasgow.
- Update on DMG project in Manchester.
- Update on DMG projects in Poland.
- Update on timeline for DMG at Protos. TY has stated that the "Target" for completion and to become operational is Q1 2022.

So I believe that exciting times lie ahead, but in the meantime patience is still required!

There's likely to be a lot of news during April, and if/when that happens I would expect the share price to rise. Until then it will probably drift.

Is this a pure speculative play now... In spite of the 24/7 de ramping? I suppose theyre not doing themselves any favours behind the scenes... Anyone offer some inspirational advice/knowledge to sway a punt?

Well it doesn't say everything, except to make virionic and unsupported statements that have no substance. If you feel so strongly do something and have the guts to make your comments to the parties concerned. But really it is getting boring and tiresome so please dont continue with your campaign here. It is having no effect, as I am sure all who read this thread know that if you don't trust the Management don't invest.

I know Peel is in the driving seat but Yeo shouldnt try to pass off their lack of action as great progress. It is also up to PHE board to influence Peel to get on with it .
Rant over
