Dear oh dear. Why don't you just worry about yourself. Do you remember every word I have ever written. Very sad! All you need to know is that I made a five figure sum net on my short position.....

Nobby - you forget easily. You were net long on IMM - that's according to your own posts - and therefore wrong. I know you don't like being called out on this, but that's the way it is.

My losses on IMM? :¬)) Probably best to stick to posting on subjects you know something about.

Looking back at you posts, I see I get mentioned an awful lot. Presumably another of my trolls because I called it right in IMM. Cue mentioning I was long and short at the the time of the trial result. Yes you are that predictable....

It really is time to move on from being bitter about your losses in IMM

"If they issue a positive opinion which proves to be incorrect, their reputation will take a big hit. This is typical of the nonsense you get on these BBs."

I would imagine Jaknife that they would make sure any opinion they made was completely watertight.
Anyway Jaknife you are in breach of the conditions of this thread. The heading says "The New Positive Thread", so let's have some positivity and stop being a complaining pain in the neck.:)

And if a garage passed all the cars that came for a test, how long would they stay out of prison.

I don't expect them to do it for free, but if the client pays the bill, they're not independent. If a garage failed all its MOTs, how long do you think they'd stay in business? He who pays the piper calls the tune...

You wouldn't expect them to do it for free would you. It's like saying someone's car only passed it's mot because he'd paid the tester to test it.

I thought DNV were paid by PHE? If so, how can they be independent?

Well done Nobbygnome, it doesn't take much to see through the negativity of some posters. No doubt they'll reply with some fictional post. Sad really!

Taken from Wikipedia:-DNV GL provides a list of standards and regulations to the public.Which means they are a respected regulatory body. They approved PHE's system. For me their approval carries more weight than some of the criticism on this thread, which is composed of limited fact and large doses of fiction.

But they are an independent organisation which has assessed the technology.

DNV GL has looked over their system and given it their approval, as if you didn't know already!
