The CEO said probably not first quarter so I took that to mean second quarter. I will check when I listen to the recording again.

I have a recording of the AGM and I will go back and remind myself exactly what was said. Not tonight though....

Jack it would be a very good idea that you listen to it because you would get answers to most of the rubbish you have spouted for years. Sometimes the truth hurts! I can sell the recording to you for a small fee....

Nobby, i had a chat with elrico today about phe. He says the protus site is expected to be up and running sometime next year. No date. Do you have a view?He also says the £130m is the cost of finance of projects and no shareholder funding will be required without a contract for a commercial DMG. He also says there are a number of financial options open to the company that don't involve the market and in fact partners could pay via a license model.Once this becomes clearer this will move very quickly, imo. This lemming is very happy to hold his modest investment.

He's short.....and seems to be panicking a little. The company he has been trashing for years is about to blossom and I don't think he can take it. Very sad really....

Jak, Are you saying peel environmental have not done dd of phe and it's tech? Or is there something else you're referring to?Btw, you still haven't explained your motive for trashing phe for almost 6 years? It's a simple question i don't understand why you refuse to answer?

I would calm down if I was you. I don't want you to have a heart attack or something. And why change my name. I think you are losing it.... Why can't we have a calm debate without people swearing and calling people liars.

I repeat no-one would commit £130 million without doing due diligence. Do you accept that?

I'm not being selective, I'm just reporting it as it is, and I was countering an earlier post suggesting that anyone who stated that due diligence has been done must be lying. No one is suggesting that a full size unit has been built, we all know that it is at the prototype stage, so I really don't understand why you feel the need to keep telling us that. You really seem to be suggesting that I'm trying to say something that isn't real. That is not the case, and I have nothing whatsoever to gain by posting false or misleading information on here.

We all know what stage the development of the DMG is at. No one is trying to tell it any other way.

I'm not looking for an argument on here, I am simply interested in the development and progress of the DMG technology.

>> Jack

So they are going to commit £130 million without any DD?

Yes I know they haven't actually given any money yet. You don't need to point that out. But the money is committed dependent on certain other requirements...

Yes to be clear the 130 million is not coming directly to PHE but for Peel to fund the building of the units. However, the point is that this will be massive for PHE because the financiers have done extensive due diligence on the company and technology. My understanding was that the DD was all fine and that is not the aspect which is delaying the granting of that finance.

So a massive vote of confidence in the technology. But of course Ken and his cronies know more about the technology than a group of financiers who are willing to commit £130 million. Ho hum....

Nobbygnome. I think Ken is now plunging to greater depths with his comments in post 10681.
