I think it's hilarious that a couple of them accuse me of misleading!

The shorters are getting desperate....

And the silence from Jack is deafening. I don't want to rile him too much because he always seems like he is about to have a heart attack he is so full of angst!

Anyone who was even remotely interested in what's going on with the company would have been aware of what David Ryan said in recent interviews. There have been links posted on this BB (and others) so you had ample opportunity to bring yourself up to speed. Then you would have been as well informed as myself and many other investors.

These videos have been watched hundreds of times. Your post above suggests that you can't be bothered to do basic research and to keep yourself abreast with the activities of the company, but you are prepared to jump on the keyboard and bash out streams of irrelevant and unsubstantiated rubbish. You write posts on here preaching to to the rest of us, putting yourself forward as having superior knowledge and understanding and mocking us poor ignorant idiots who don't know what we are doing, and yet you can't even do the most basic research and keep yourself up to date with what is going on.

Well, if that's what floats your boat, then carry on regardless. Guess who looks the biggest fool.

Mushrooms to you too.

Sorry, I was just making fun of Kenneth. His takeaway has been doing roaring business lately, even his suppliers can't keep up. I've just seen his revised menu; lemmings and mushrooms only.

Gimmethefax: The £130M funding that has been spoken about has got nothing to do with PHE's own finances. That is required for the capital cost and establishment of the commercial DMG units, which will be capitalised and operated within SPV businesses, not within PHE. PHE will not be involved in the capital costs, nor operating costs, of these units, unless they (PHE) decides to take a share in one or more of the SPVs.

Regarding the large amount of shares authorised at the AGM, this may be relevant:

Extract from David Ryan's discussion with Andrew Scott on 18th July:

10:20: AS: I suppose you'd be quite keen to see a cornerstone investor or institutional investor come on the register?
10:30: DR: Sure. When I look at similar technologies and similar companies, there are very few in our sector who do it on their own. I'm looking for partners, and if that partner is keen enough to become a cornerstone investor, so much the better. I think, from engaging with my shareholder base, they seem keen to accept a cornerstone investor too.

Yes costs reduced and turnover increasing. Hence fund raising not imminent despite what the trolls say...

This extract from David Ryan's discussion with Andrew Scott on Proactive on 14th August might be of interest:

7:20: AS: How are the financials?
DR: We're sound. We're funded through pre-project. We've cut down expenditures other than focussing on what we're really doing, and now we have the advantage of having been paid for our engineering services, and hopefully we're about to secure a couple of feedstock trialling and testing contracts with third parties both in the UK and internationally.

I don't believe that it is the intention to go for a placing in the near future. Bear in mind that it's another year or thereabouts until the next AGM, so this authority is intended to suffice for the next year, not just in the short-term. And as DR says that he would like to bring in a partner or cornerstone investor, no doubt he would like to have the authority in advance to issue shares to such a partner or institution if required.

Although the market share price is currently below the nominal value, I would hope that it will rise above that level before too long. Right now, it's not a problem.

They currently can't raise money below 0.5p because that is the nominal value of the shares. So despite what the trolls say a fund raising is extremely unlikely and anyway they don't need more money at this point.

cmackay: The resolutions were to give directors the authorisation to allot and issue shares as and when required, but the resolutions did not state specifically who they would be issued to, nor when. That is left to the directors, which is the usual practice.

So far today we have established Ken has pretty much zero understand how the market works and Jak is harping on about 6 year old prospectus and doesn't seem capable of understanding the significance of the original business model collapsing and what it meant for existing agreements?Result, both look to be wasting their time and effort trashing the company. Well done. Great effort but no reward. Nobby, thanks for the audio. Elrico sent it to me. He edited a section at your request. I'm guessing it was your name because everyone else got a mention. Anyway, much appreciated. Very positive.

But the bears' nonsense does need to be countered. Just about all their points were addressed and answered in the AGM....but of course strangely none of them were there to hear it!
