I don't give a stuff. Planning application takes 8 to 12 weeks for a decision, then it has to be followed by a building regs application, then it takes a year to build, a year to test and tweek, and then another application to try to get it certified. And that's just the first one. Meanwhile increasing admin costs, burning cash by the shed load, diluting shareholders down the toilet, and it could all still fail.

Weichai Power are working toward using Solid Oxide fuel cells developed by CERES POWER (CWR) as range extendets for electric buses in China.
Weichai now own 20% of CWR.

Solid Oxide fuel cells have the advantage of running on methane or biofuels, not just pure hydrogen.
