09/5/2019 14:01 | New start-ups and/or development businesses generally don't have much revenue until they get to point of having something to sell. But of course you knew that already, nelson. | vatnabrekk
09/5/2019 13:37 | Read the Lemming blog post. How much profits have the companies earned which Howard White has invested in ? What are the accumulated profits or is it accumulated deficits at PHE, AE, W2T? | nelson5100
09/5/2019 12:13 | Lagos you tit, its a landing page for contacting ASD and note global! Ken, talking of lemmings Funding The Dream Howard explains how project funding works; "with proven technology that a risk averse institution like a pension fund, sovereign fund, wealth fund seeks is a virtually zero risk income return on their investment - they want to know that their capital is safe and that they can rely upon a revenue return for 25 years - so they will look for a technology that can repay the capital over 15 years with a minimum 1.4 debt service cover and that will have feed-stock guarantees of 15 years plus - this means that if the technology carries little technology risk they are guaranteed their money back with a 5-6% return on their decreasing capital ( like a mortgage) - this can cover 70-80% of the cost of the project - the remaining 20% can be covered by equity - so if the overall project is IRR 14% and the 70-80% of the project/ debt finance is at 5-6% then the equity offer will be squeezed up to a much higher equity return which will allow the developer to fund at 14/15% and still be left with a free carry ( maybe up-to 10% of the project) - if the developer has cash on its balance sheet then it can provide some or all of the 20/30% equity as available. The developer can also access other funding mechanisms to avoid dilution of its equity base by not going to the market to issue equity for this purpose." The DMG is a no brainer for Japan, Britain, wherever as a whole because of the economics. Through PowerHouse's pioneering technology; contrary to BBM belief, there is no other company providing the same, validated technology, which by the way has multiple revenue streams, from feed-stock to power generation. Japanese producers pay c£350 per ton to send waste to landfill, in the UK it is nearer £80 per ton, thus eliminated the green tax imposed on corporations. That is a key bonus in the commercial discussions to be had. The graph below explains the main 4 revenues streams. | slartybartfaster

09/5/2019 10:15 | YAZ-and the plastic population- "The only way is up"Baby! | linesal2
09/5/2019 10:09 | Yes indeed, a generic cheap website and everything is about the future and what they would like to do. As I said no track record, no projects underway and no income and no cash. All very worrying. | lagosboy
09/5/2019 09:54 | Here's a link to Advanced Sustainable Developments' web site: | vatnabrekk
09/5/2019 09:30 | A quick look at Companies House on Advanced Sustainable Envelopment's Ltd shows it to be yet another company within the Phe orbit with no cash, no assets, no projects and no income stream which is concerning. Its all very well entering into these arrangements and MOU's but where is the hard cash actually going to come from to fund developments. I hope Phe is not doing things in reverse to support the share price in the hope that shareholders can provide the funds and assume the development and commercial risks that no independent third party appears willing to assume. and I include in that those funders that W2T have reached out to via what looks like a now abandoned IPO. | lagosboy
09/5/2019 09:19 | My interpretation is there is a related party arrangement that sucks. How about you?Would you say you are a typical lemming or mushroom?Do you wish you had never put your money here?Do you curse the lies and failures? If so then simply find something better. | ken chung
09/5/2019 09:14 | Tell us what it means funny man. | ken chung
09/5/2019 09:08 | Yes, I agree that the wording of the RNS could have better, but I think we all know what it means. | vatnabrekk
09/5/2019 08:22 | Please remind me..... will we get any ££s from today's announcement? I thought that we are on some sort of % of income generated through DMG by W2T. Or do we just benefit from the publicity? Thanks | greyseal
09/5/2019 08:17 | Please list all W2Ts other clients.Oh there arn't any are there? Just PHE.Both founded by the same person. What's really happening here? Please can you explain? | ken chung

09/5/2019 08:05 | Pugugly- It will be at a significantly lower price to ASD- they will be paying for us to have it. Which is significant as other waste management companies will see the cost savings. It is all coming together. Oh dear oh dear Ken still posting the same rubbish if you invest here you could change your name to "ker ching"! | linesal2
09/5/2019 07:45 | ken, duplicate once more, your on a hatrick LOL | replicas1967
09/5/2019 07:44 | Nice RNS !! | replicas1967
09/5/2019 07:44 | Am I reading the rns correctly - WET are PAYING for waste plastic - You have to PAY to landfill waste platic - So if correctly negotiated the contact should have been W2T will be PAID to take the waste plastic at level ABOVE current landfill COSTS.(ie. Saving DMG significant transpoet and logistic costs. "W2T has also agreed a supply of feedstock to W2T for processing by DMG® Energy Recovery Technology, which is intended to come from un-recyclable plastic from ASD’s PET plastic recycling project at the Protos site, at a price significantly below current landfill prices. W2T has also arranged back up supply lines for the DMG® plant in the event of delays." | pugugly
09/5/2019 07:35 | I wouldn't call that newsworthy and am shocked those things have only just been finalised . just shows how little progress has been made when it was originally supposed to be built last year or was it the year before but never got anywhere. Lol what a laugh. Why they using W2T anyway and not making those arrangements themselves ?How much they paying W2T and how much of any profits go to W2T ?Is it still £20k pcm and 50% of profits , or has it increased when the W2T contract was renewed without disclosing the details to the market?Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
