10/4/2019 16:07 | Oh look what just arrived in my box. With PowerHouse Energy PLC (PHE), patience is key and nerves and thick skin and cash you don't mind leaving in the bottom draw....so to speak. Today, PowerHouse updated investors with some encouraging news suggesting the first large-scale commercial DMG is just perhaps a little closer than the naysayers would like or have us believe. Partner, Waste2Tricity Limited (W2T), says it has signed a lease for a plot on the Protos energy hub to develop its hydrogen-from-waste technology. The site is located near Ellesmere Port in Cheshire. I expect this to be the first phase of DMG's leases for waste gasification, of which I have been told funding for the first six is secure without passing the hat round to investors; though this remains to be seen. hxxpS://lemminginves | slartybartfaster

10/4/2019 15:16 | Oh Superbarnet you must co ordinate with Warwick. If you say you are filtering posters then you must remember not to mention then.... otherwise some may think you are telling porkies. So we've had several presentations at investors events and the RNS, so how long to the placing ? | nelson5100
10/4/2019 14:41 | Lagosboy, petrol and gas also explodes, so why is hydrogen any different? | vatnabrekk
10/4/2019 14:14 | But and its a big but for gasification and the production of hydrogen, which if you didn't know can explode. The Protos site appears unloved - lots of plots available and 124 year leases on offer! Look, I understand your frustration, you once owned 15% of nothing and now you own circa 6% of nothing so no real difference- be positive. | lagosboy
10/4/2019 13:25 | Planning already their: The 54ha (134 acres) development site has full outline planning consent and part detailed planning consent for general manufacturing and distribution uses (B1, B2 & B8), as well as a biomass facility and an Energy from Waste facility. Set on the south bank of the Manchester Ship Canal in the North West of England, the site is ideally placed to become an industrial micro-climate, with enviable transport links providing access to UK and International markets and surrounding industrial heartland. | linesal2

10/4/2019 12:16 | Chart is looking good with the usual first challenge at 0.6p. Market cap at £10.2 million looks cheap on a possible good outcome in Japan. | noirua

10/4/2019 10:17 | At least they changed the W2T subsidiary's name to Waste2Tricity (Protos) Limited on 19 February 2019. Was previously called Bilsthorpe New Energy Limited. How successful was that project? | nelson5100
10/4/2019 10:15 | Strictly one for the lemmings and mushrooms now. | ken chung

10/4/2019 08:29 | To RNS the signing of a lease, an event which was meant to have occurred months it not years earlier is somewhat odd in my book and probably just demonstrates how desperate Phe is to pump this as cash must be almost non-existent. No mention on the lease terms other than for a magnificent 124 year period - presumably the rentals will be met by more Phe toilet paper issuance, but they should not be too significant, because as is well known the Protos site is really struggling to attract interest. Oh well, all chums together | lagosboy
10/4/2019 08:22 | If they only just signed the first lease that suggests they havnt even applied for planning permission yet, as the one would follow the other. That could be another 8 to 12 week process. Then building regulations after that. I'm not being funny but KA previously said over a year ago they were moving ahead "aggressively with planning".Just shows how they can twist the meaning of words and how careful you have to be with this company. They are further behind that I suspect most of us thought. | tewkesbury
